  I brought my new vehicle to this dealership to have warranty repair completed. Not only were they unprofessional, took 2 times longer than promised, but also left my twin toddlers and I without transportation, didn't offer a rental or service loaner. When bringing the subject to BBB, they made it about the request for replacement of the tires THEY ruined. They were negligent in the repair. They sent us down the road (unknow to us) with an unseated drive shaft and loose subframe bolt, and they don't think that it set off the geometry of how the vehicle drove. ( Maybe they should be in another business if they don't know how vehicles are assembled) Anyway, I had the transfer assembly replaced on my vehicle, in the process, they did not seat my driveshaft back to its correct position, they didn't do an alignment after lowering the subframe to do the work, and they left a subframe screw loose. A month later our vehicle had toeing in in the rear tires and tires were being chewed up. Got an alignment at another shop, also had problems with clunking, binding, and popping going on. Took to the other shop for them to find these negligent repairs done. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERNS. To which this shop will NOT take responsibility even though the invoices directly state that the driveshaft was left unseated from previous repair and the subsequent loose subframe bolt. All documented in invoices. This put my twin toddlers at risk, along with myself and anyone else who rode with in my vehicle after this shop completed "repairs". All they did was make a domino effect of issues, which they will NOT make it right!!! I suggest to anyone dealing with this, to take it directly to a lawyer. If you value your vehicle, or if you want to buy from a TRUSTWORTHY place.....THIS IS NOT THE ONE!!!!!! You can count on this dealership for one thing......mess up your vehicle and deflect the blame. They even tried to say that my tires were chewed up at 19K miles, mind you, because a routine rotation wasn't done. But A tire rotation is routine maintenance that moves wheels from front to back to ensure even tread wear. It cannot alter the physical geometry of your vehicle's steel suspension components, steering linkages, or chassis subframe. This facility OBVIOUSLY does not know vehicles. Or they do, and they just DON'T CARE and take NO Accountability when they mess up. Be sure to tell your friends!!!!!

  I am an out of state customer and had the pleasure of working with Dayton. I can say without a doubt he has been the most helpful and enjoyable salesperson I’ve worked with. From the genuine helpful energy/attitude from the first call I placed to the final moments of our interactions I really couldn’t recommend someone better to work with. He was quick to get me additional photos and video of the vehicle I was interested in along with service information that I was requesting. Do yourself a favor if you’re going to visit in person or inquiring online and ask for Dayton!

  Matt Kampa made it so easy, with no pressure, and complete understanding. Literally the best sales person I have ever worked with. Dondelinger gave me a great trade value, the best in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
