  Quick, friendly, helpful, reliable. This location seems to be a cut above the other Valvoline oil change places in my area, including Lakeville and Rosemount (where I’ve had pretty bad experiences actually). It’s worth it to me to drive a few extra miles to get here where the guys actually do all the checks, including your tires your lights, everything they promise (which are frequently skipped at the other locations). They also provide a number of other low-level services like changing your air filter, cabin filter, windshield wipers, and check your battery life. It always significantly cheaper to do this stuff yourself, but it’s nice to have access to the quick convenience if you need it. Their service prices are generally on par with what you would pay at a dealership. It doesn’t seem to matter the time of day either: you get great service as the first customer of the day or the last customer of the day. Not that I want my favorite oil change place to be overloaded with new business, but you should know that this is the place that seems to do it right.

  Wish I could give it a 0/5, a few months ago they did a coolant fluid flush and within a week my truck dumped all my coolant. Just went in recently for an oil change and all my oil is dumping, and they destroyed my oil pan. I had no issues on either of these matters before but now I’ve spent almost 3k after 2 instances with them on the systems they were working on. No other issues, just what they are working on. Either they are horrible inexperienced mechanics, or there is intentional sabotage to get you to come back. Definitely would not recommend, do not take your vehicle here unless you want to spend more money. Valvoline, if you want to make this right and cover fees associated with the damage you have caused, I would be happy to edit my review.

  The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what services my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured into anything. The entire process was quick and convenient, and I appreciated how welcoming and respectful everyone was. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this Valvoline for future service.

  This was my first time at Valvoline; as my husband has always taken care of oil changes. The crew was enthusiastic and took the time to explain my options. They worked so fast and the crew leader explained each item being checked. He was very professional. I also appreciate the female staff - good to see they are pursuing a career in a typically male dominated field. I was very satisfied with my service and the price was reasonable. Thank you. I’ll be back!
