  I rented a black Volkswagen Atlas from Enterprise from March 17–19, 2026, and the vehicle leaked oil in my garage driveway during my rental period. I reported the issue weeks ago through customer service chat and was told someone would follow up regarding the cleanup and claim process. Unfortunately, no one contacted me for weeks. I had to repeatedly follow up myself, request escalation information, and send additional emails just to get an update. It is now May, and I only recently received a voicemail stating that a claim had apparently already been filed. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. If a claim had already been opened, someone should have contacted me much sooner regarding the status and next steps instead of leaving me to continue chasing updates myself. The overall customer service experience and delay in communication is disappointing. The website address provided in the Enterprise response isn't of any help. I've already contacted customer service twice via the website.

  I love Enterprise! I have used the Apple Valley location for years. Everyone is friendly, helpful & accommodating! It’s an affordable option for family trips and personal use while my car is being serviced. Every vehicle has been perfect and I would totally recommend them!

  I frequently rent from enterprise and usually have very good experience except this location. Was coming from out of state and reserved from this location couple of months before coming. Just couple of days before my pick-up date, they called me and indicated they will be closed on the day of my pick-up. So, I had to change my entire plan and had to pickup the car the next day. This caused real inconvenience; so, I called their customer service and indicated my concern. The customer service representative told me they will provide partial refund to me due to this inconvenience but I never received that partial refund. I communicated multiple times but never received the partial refund due to inconvenience, as the representative told me.

  Enterprise has beenso good to us. We rented a one way trip car. Easy pick up and drop off. Will use Enterprise again.
