- JOJordan OlsonAug 27, 20261.0Zero sense of urgency but anyone involved. Matt let multiple people jump lines because they seemed to be friends. Then I was told I would get an upgrade to a larger vehicle until they put me in the smallest suv they could. Then after I say something they completely flip it and act like I could’ve chosen a Durango when I was only given one option to choose from. Over terrible experience.

We wanted a Durango for our road trip , they had one with a huge chip in the windshield we called the day before to confirm they had one , apparently you can’t rent a car with a chipped windshield . They wouldn’t take our major credit card bc it doesn’t have a chip on the card , US Banks Credit card doesn’t have a chip for some reason that’s not our fault or problem . They ruined what was supposed to be a fun road trip and made it unpleasant and not worth going !! Enterprise ruined my one summer trip and for that I would never recommend them !!! Take your business elsewhere !!!! I filed a customer service complaint through Customer service , I’m waiting for a regional or district member to reach out to us !!
- NKnate kaiserAug 3, 20265.0Rented a car for the first time, received help right away from Zach who was super helpful and made the process so simple, he listened to what kind of a car I was looking for, made a great suggestion on which one I should rent. Zach recommended to get the liability insurance on the rental which I did he made the process super easy and the manager Marcos was present and helpful as well any question I had they had an answer for. I 100% recommend this location 10/10 experience and customer service, THANKS fellas!! 🙏
