Love having my car serviced at Apple Lincoln. Very relaxing and they do a good job. I have a 2004 Mustang GT CONVERTIBLE with 22,900 miles. They gave me the oil windshield sticker instead of putting it on the windshield. They knew I wouldn’t want it cluttering up my windshield.

A very efficient process from the start to bringing my car home. Aliesha Putnam and Don Matthias along with the sales manager were exceptionally helpful. I felt the price was very fair for my trade in and also the price of my new Aviator. Once the decision was finalized the time to complete the paperwork was minimal and also efficient.

Cv Axle on the car broke the same night that we got the car that they just replaced. Would not replace with an aftermarket part. Car was lowered with custom exhaust and oem cv axle will not work in the car. Motor mount was broken and never replaced that you could clearly see when replacing the cv axle. There is an exhaust leak that was never fixed.

It was my first and last visit at this dealership. I walked in and waited for what felt like 10 minutes. There were 3 employees working, non of which acknowledged I was there. A simple, “Hi, someone will be with you in a moment” would have saved this poor review. No one spoke to me until I asked if someone was going to help me. Only then was I acknowledged. Talk to your employees, ask them to acknowledge a paying customer. It’s really too bad a company like this would allow this type of behavior. Sad really. Walser never treated me like this, never.

I was greeted as I walked into the dealership and was met by my sales person Josie that I had talked on the phone to. I told her what I was looking for and we proceed to do a couple of test drives.There was no pressure on their part to purchase a vehicle. They were there to help you and answer any questions. I chose the vehicle I wanted, a blue 2022 Lincoln Corsair. Josie along with Rebbeca, the finance manager, worked together to complete the paperwork. This made the process go quicker. The dealership is beautiful. It has individual seating areas, plus refreshments while you are going through the buying process. It was comfortable, like you were in your living room. It’s not an open, typical car dealership. Both ladies along with the sales manager were very easy and friendly to work with. This is my second purchase of a Lincoln from this dealership. I have been to some Cadillac dealerships in the past where I felt I wasn’t the clientele they wanted. This Lincoln dealership was totally different. I felt I belong there, even if I was purchasing a used Lincoln. I highly recommend this dealership as well as my sales person, Josie!
