  Justin is an awesome service advisor. He was really clear and up front about how much my repair would cost, when the mechanic would come to fix my car and when the work would be completed. I couldn't be happier with the service from Apple Lincoln and I highly recommend them!

  My car broke down and we had it towed to the Lincoln dealership in Apple Valley. They informed us they would look at it first thing in the morning and try to get us a rental car. By late afternoon, they finally looked at it and told us it would need a part. The good news is it was Done earlier than expected, but when I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find the keys. Once they found the keys, they took it through the car wash and ripped the wiper arm off. They did fix that for me, but I spent an extra 45 minutes at the dealership that I had not planned on. The last time I went in for an oil change it took over 2 1/2 hours and When they finally came to tell me it was Done they told me they forgot about me. I have used Apple Valley Ford or Lincoln for decades and was disappointed. I will say the follow up on what was happening with my car was good. They were friendly, but just too many errors. I’ll still keep going there because I drive a Lincoln and it’s close to where I live. I just hope the efficiency on their end changes.

  Max and his team knew exactly what we were looking found the vehicle and got at the dealership in the matter of a few days. We have purchased a few vehicles from them now and being a business owner myself Cut right to the chase and a great job explaining everything. I would recommend them to anyone!

  Customer service is outstanding! From sales rep (Josie H) to the financing associate I dealt with provided helpful guidance/assistance all the way through the buying process. Efficient and customer focused. Explanation of vehicle details/options, syncing phone, the Lincoln app etc…all well done. I as the customer felt important to them. They made certain I left with all information I needed. Highly recommend this dealership from start to finish…

  I recently purchased a BMW M2 from Apple Valley, advertised by them as only one prior owner. This was also stated on an Experian autocheck report. After the sale I was sent the Carfax that states I am the 4th owner. When I spoke with Jacob a manager he said that the Experian report is more accurate and to call Carfax and that there was nothing else he could do. I called the auto shop where most of the work on the car was done who confirmed the car had at least two owner's during their time servicing the vehicle. I recommend checking multiple car reports to confirm selling points.
