  I've had two windshields replaced because of rocks, which also required a calibration of the cameras. Both times I've had to wait while the work was being done (my choice). They have a clean waiting area with two work surfaces, so I could work. The staff have been friendly and professional. They did the work in a timely manner. Over all impressed.

  Very efficient..promt repair.. The service tech.was professional and courteous. even cleaned my floor mats.. Would recommend safelite auto glass.

  The experience was super easy and fast! Highly recommend. My only issue was that I was going to get the rain repellant upgrade for my windshield, and they were not able to do so due to weather conditions, Which is not something they can control. They did offer me a refund instead.

  Noone likes breaking their windshield, but this repair shop is amazing! I've been here twice for windshield replacement and recalibration of my Subaru eyesight cameras on different vehicles. They also play the "how it's made" show in their waiting room! 10/10 such an easy process with my car insurance and very friendly employees at this location!

  Brought in a cracked windshield which they said needed to be replaced. That’s fine, but the $500 bill didn’t make me really happy and it wasn’t even done on time, they kept it overnight because ‘they were busy.’ UGH First rain and it leaked into the interior sides of the windshield. I brought it in with the active leak and wet area still there so they could see iit. They replaced it, saying that ‘happens sometimes.’ Annnnd it’s still leaking. Now they’re trying to tell me that a car that never had an issue before is leaking from the roof or luggage rack. Appointment #3 at the body shop?? Its definitely the windshield as they showed us areas that aren’t even attached properly! Now I have to go to a 4th appointment at a different glass shop because they are obviously not skilled at installation or customer service. All this over a crack that should’ve been fixed in a few hours at most. STAY AWAY
