  Safelite was exceptional at communicating / setting expectations leading up to and during the appointment. Which I greatly appreciate. There were absolutely 0 suprises! Our experience was via an insurance claim so I can't really speak to the price. I paid my insurance deductible. Safelite came to our house and did the repair to the vehicle while it was sitting outside. The gentleman that showed up let me know ahead of time when he'd be arriving, he did an outstanding job explaining everything and then gave me a great wrap up explanation of the "do's and don'ts" to make sure the windshield sealed up properly. Start to finish, this was an example of what a great customer experience should look like!
