  I love keeping my car clean but when I pay 40 a month for it I expect them to be open when they say they will be and when I pay for the works why do I get super sometimes when I go through? Still 4 stars and a great wash!

  Most of the time quality does a pretty darn good job but this past Saturday 3/1/26. I went through in my 04 wrx that I just got running again through the 16th wash and the wash ripped my bumper off of the right rear quarter panel. Nothings getting done about it due to "previous damage". The camera on the left hand side couldn't even see the same bumper gap side to side. If I could add pictures I definitely would upload some pictures. From before hand to after the wash. Definitely not happy with the Quality of this wash at all. I will definitely be buying my own car wash stuff and just doing it my self. They didn't even offer me a refund for them messing my car up badly. More than likely going to need to weld in new panels to get it looking nice again. (Edit after quality car wash replay) I did infact stop by this location 2 times after the incident and the corporate office. The awnsers were the same across the board. "Vehicle is over 15 years old and had previous damage" so I was stuck to fixing it myself.

  This piece of my vehicle (2023 Kia telluride) flew off in the car wash. Very disappointing
