  Today I called around mutiple places to get the panel under my 2022 Nissan Rogue fixed. I called Belle Tire, Firestone and a few more shops in the area. They all told me I had to make an appointment and it would take hours. However, I called over to Tuffys on Washtenaw and received phenomenal service. Herb was friendly, professional and great. He told me to come now and they would pull my vehicle inside to see how they could help me. Tuffys was awesome it took a total of 5 minutes for them to complete the job to help restore my car back to new. It took me more time to get comfortable than it did for them to do the service. The office was clean and the wait was non existent. Thank you guys! You are awesome!

  Herb and his staff are incredible! Could not recommend this place enough. Kind, timely and they get the job done! I will be coming back for any other auto needs!!

  Probably the best experience I've had when it comes to anything car related. We dropped off our car for some minor damage to the front end and they had it fixed up, ready to go in under an hour.

  Scheduled for a tires, greeted immediately and the guys in the front are so welcoming. They asked about my car before it was taken in. No rushing just a calm environment. Said car would be done in 45ish and it absolutely was done. After, at check out, was told what needs to be done next, no upselling. Herb is great, first time at this place and left a great impression on me. Repeat customer and I'm spreading the word. Thanks guys :)
