- BBBurtJun 23, 20265.0The people who take time out of the day to comment oh this place is so loud i can’t order my latte at McDonald’s of all places makes me laugh its a car wash of course its loud why doesn’t McDonald’s build a wall to block sound if it’s such a big deal to them cause the city approved of this car wash and McDonald’s didn’t fight it. Overall I love this car wash great staff great wash so many deals all the time just got told there’s even a member appreciation day coming up don’t let these other people with sensitive ears sway you its a fantastic car wash

- NRNathan RobertsMay 20, 20261.0I know this sounds petty but it's just basic business decency here- I just paid these people $16 because I asked how I could get the rainbow-colored soap on the car for my kids, they love it. They sold me the highest package and said it had the rainbow soap. I went through and it didn't have any rainbow soap so I went back and asked for my money back, and he refused to give me a refund and said "sorry I don't know why they call it rainbow soap, it's not actually colorful soap" But he specifically heard me ask for this and say my kids wanted it, and my kids specifically heard him lie to me initially saying it was colorful soap. My kids were confused why he would just lie for the money, and then tell us the truth a few minutes later but refuse to give us the money back. Nate was one of the guys telling me this was the policy.
