  We’ve taken our company vehicles here for years, but recently oil change times have taken longer than the usual 15 min. At most recent visit pulled into bay at 4:06 and pulled out at 4:40. They checked me out at 4:12 so since I had already paid, I definitely had to just sit and wait, but no one communicated why things were taking so long. After I had paid, no one spoke to me again until they were showing me my oil level before I left. Not the end of the world, but I’ve definitely been to other quick service oil change places with better and more consistent service.

  I took my car there for a transmission fluid change, but they used the wrong transmission fluid and performed an improper power flush. Because of their mistake, my transmission now needs to be repaired, and it will cost me $1,500. I expect them to take responsibility for the damage.

  According to the techs they pulled an extra 2 quarts of oil from my vehicle! The last several times there they extracted the oil through the dip stick tube. It’s obvious the last couple visits they didn’t get all the used oil out of the oil pan. You would think the techs when they checked the oil before and after service they would have seen it was OVER FILLED. I sure hope it didn’t do any damage to the engine. Also, they were out of stock on the full synthetic 0W20 oil I require for my truck. I had to use semi synthetic high mileage oil for this change instead.
