- AAAcaciaAug 8, 20261.0I want to love this place because its location is convenient but its a fail all around. Every time Icome out I still have bugs on the front of my car and spots of dirt everywhere. I've even had them let me through a second time and still left with bugs on my car that I had to clean off when I got home. The molded floor mat cleaners are too tight to fit molded floor mats so I can't use those. And the vaccums are so weak they barely pick up anything so I spend way longer trying to get my floors clean. Do better Tommy's.

Which caused the brushes to lay on my vehicle for an extended period. When it started back up it scratched my vehicle. I made a claim, and the employee verified the scratches and management still denied my claim because they stated their car wash was working normally. Now I have scratches on my vehicle caused by this location, this definitely the worst Tommy's location I've ever been to.
- LRLucas RoseJun 19, 20263.0The car wash is fairly weak. We get gummi berries from the trees in our driveway and the birds crap mixed with sun baked gummi juice makes it a tough wash. This does okay with dirt road grime but anything tougher is usually still stuck to the windshield or hood.
