- KKKalvinJun 23, 20261.0I took my brand new truck to the car wash like any other typical day. Except this time the emergency stop was activated because of another driver being misaligned. Which caused the brushes to lay on my vehicle for an extended period. When it started back up it scratched my vehicle. I made a claim, and the employee verified the scratches and management still denied my claim because they stated their car wash was working normally. Now I have scratches on my vehicle caused by this location, this definitely the worst Tommy's location I've ever been to.
- LRLucas RoseJun 19, 20263.0The car wash is fairly weak. We get gummi berries from the trees in our driveway and the birds crap mixed with sun baked gummi juice makes it a tough wash. This does okay with dirt road grime but anything tougher is usually still stuck to the windshield or hood.

Sounds like great customer service! 😂 Probably tired of responding to so many horrible reviews. My husband went through this wash a couple of weeks ago and left with a cracked windshield. He informed management of this immediately after coming out of the wash and an employee took pictures of the damage and said he would be in touch. Tommy’s finally contacted him and told him it was not caused by their wash. Not sure how they can say that when their equipment is literally beating on your car. We will not be back and are left paying our deductible for a new windshield that was replaced 1 month ago.
