  0/5 stars. I took my truck here to have the sunroof glass replaced and the drains cleaned. The woman I dealt with appeared rude from the very beginning and acted like helping a customer was an inconvenience. I was quoted $100 to install the glass I provided and clean the sunroof drains. When I called for an update on my truck, I was again met with what came across as a rude attitude and was simply told they didn’t know. For a business that has my vehicle, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic communication. They eventually called and told me the glass I provided was the wrong part. At that point, they hadn’t even cleaned the drains yet, despite that being part of the work I brought the truck in for. I had to specifically ask them to at least clean the drains while they had the truck, and I was met with more attitude, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Keep in mind, this was a scheduled appointment. Somehow the bill ended up being $160, even though the glass was never installed. I was charged for drain cleaning, but I have no way of knowing whether the drains were actually plugged or what work was performed to justify the extra cost. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a bill that made no sense. I will never do business with this shop again and would not recommend them to anyone.

  Had our Tesla Model Y roof glass replaced here through insurance. They were courteous and replacement went smoothly.

  The folks at Coffman went above & beyond to reattach/seal my convertible back window. Everyone was so nice and they didn't stop until they got it right! I would highly recommend them!

  Went in for a quote to replace a cracked bezel. They told me the part was $69 and $270 in labor because I had a VW so it was going to be complicated and they would have to take the whole seat out to fix it. My mechanic friend ordered the OEM $15 part for me and snapped it into place in 3 seconds. Get multiple second opinions before giving this place your business.

  I had the interior foam of the drivers seat replaced on my vehicle. The work was excellent! The seat feels like it did when it was new and you can't tell the outer leather was touched to do so. Everyone I encountered at Coffman was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their services!
