    I'm a very frequent customer of this Enterprise, with dozens of visits in the past 2 years. However, today I had a real unfortunate experience. I came in store last week to reserve an SUV for my wife's birthday trip. They didn't have any of that type of car and the manager, Alec, was incredibly rude about it. He suggested if I had arrived earlier I may have been able to get that car (What is the point of a reservation?) and also told me I could come back later in the afternoon if that's the car I wanted.

    Pavi and Jalyan are true definition of customer service, they know exactly how to deal with the clients and their needs, they should be the role model for the other employees at that location. Employees go above and beyond as I witnessed them handling simultaneous requests (solely) such as answering the calls, dealing with the customers standing in the line and handling returns. Keep it up guys 👏. Although I am an Emerald Executive at National, going forward this location would be my favorite as well.

    They needed more help. The place was packed and only 2 people behind the desk, taking people out to their cars and checking in cars.
