  Experience was stellar...until I called back a few hours later to let them know I forgot my medication in the center console. Took me 5 tries to get through because they were about to close and they kept putting me on hold. When I did finally get through I informed them of the situation. They told me to hold on while they go check the car. When they got back on the phone they told me the cleaner didn't find it. Then they told me the car had already been rented back out. They didn't seem to care, because it was Adderall. Even filing the police report the cops didn't seem to care. Make sure your not in a rush and go over the car with them. I went without my medication for a week because of this. It's a shame people can't be honest anymore.

  Worst rental experience ive ever had. Guy was super rude and lied right to our faces saying the car we reserved they didn’t have or nothing similar. He proceeded to open the garage doors and the car was sitting there and he gave it to a customer who showed up after us. Lied a few more times saying he reserved a couple weeks prior when we reserved a month and a half ago and then went on to say they reserved months before. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to do business here. I suggest just driving to the airport and getting a car with them

  This location has completely done a 180 in such a short time under Colette and Alec. From chaos and awful communication to smooth sailing and cheerful greetings. I cannot say how amazing it is to see. I went from dreading having to deal with this location to looking forward to booking with them next time. I travel frequently (3 weeks a month) all over the Midwest and Chicago O'Hare National used to be my favorite. Now its Woodhaven Enterprise for the win. Great job to them both. Please do whatever it takes to retain these incredible employees.

  I had a great experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise in Woodhaven. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. All of the staff members were friendly, professional and very helpful. The rental process was smooth and efficient and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. The staff made everything easy and stress-free. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable car rental experience.
