We were traveling from Canada to attend an event when our car broke down unexpectedly. Suddenly, we found ourselves scrambling to arrange a rental vehicle and feeling overwhelmed by the situation. From the moment we met Alec, his friendly demeanor, patience, and genuine desire to help immediately put us at ease. He quickly understood the challenges we were facing and took the time to ensure our needs were met. Alec went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and kindness made a difficult situation far less stressful and reminded us just how much outstanding customer service can mean when people need it most. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and will remember his kindness and support long after our trip is over. Thank you, Alec! I called enterprise in toledo and had great service there and could help me today, and not until Monday like the monroe store told me. The Southgate store told me they didnt know why the monroe location told me that because they said they had cars available? However, Thank you Derek in toledo Alexis rd.
