  Price was fair, consultant was very nice. I got surprised when tech took a wound steel wire wheel to my rims and brake rotors. Removing e-coat on rotor's. The vehicle is a 2016 2500 hd from out west never seen salt, always garage kept and as rust free a new truck. I repaired myself. Truck goes south every October and returning mid may. General motors recommended brass wire brush if corrosion is present. No rust or corrosion still.

  Went to get my tire fixed for a simple leak. They charged me for new lug nuts because mine were “swollen”. Went to drive away and they didn’t fix the right tire. Worst experience at any auto place I’ve ever had. Absolute con artist.

  Went there to have flat tire repaired. Was checked in by Jacob who was very polite, I was told 3 to 4 hours to have work completed. Left vehicle there and it was ready in 2 hours and 15 minutes. I have always gone to Belle Tire for flat repair and highly recommend them. This location had ample parking and store was clean with a large waiting room.

  Super bad customer service on top of they didn’t even do my service. I understand that it’s a free service but if you’re not gonna do it and hold my car for over three hours, just let me know…. I had went here Friday 9/11 to get my left rear tire patched They had my car for over three hours. I dropped it off around 130. I called around Three to see if they were almost done they said they would need another hour and a half. They ended up calling me saying it was done. They didn’t give me a receipt. Also I didn’t check to see if it was patched. Just because why should I? I did notice that my tire pressure was still low 27 psi but I didn’t think anything of it. Maybe they just didn’t put air after they had done the patch… Monday 9/14 I had went to go get an oil change and I asked if he seen a nail on my left side because I heard a clinking and sure enough it was the same tirethat they were supposed to patch…. I did call Belle tire and I got no explanation from them other than I could come in Tuesday 9/15 To get it patched, which did not satisfy me because I really wanted to know the reasoning of why they had my car for over three hours and when I call, they need another hour and a half to do what On top of that, if they didn’t see the nail, why wouldn’t you tell me? I did go in Tuesday and I wanted an explanation in person as to why they wouldn’t tell me that they didn’t patch it and I also wanted to know what they did with my car if they had it for so long and I still got no explanation they Quote said they probably dunked the tire and didn’t see the nail, which OK.?? But don’t you think you would’ve told me when picking my car up I don’t know this bell tire seems pretty sketchy would not recommend horrible service also yes it’s a free service but if you’re not gonna do it, don’t promote it.!!!! Let me also add the first picture is from Friday. The second picture is from Monday
