  Our corporate office put a request for a rental 2 months after the accident. I called the office and spoke with Braeden. He was so understanding and went above to find a vehicle that we needed 2 months ago. He was quick and sending me information that I sent to our fleet rep. I never had to rent a vehicle before (personal or work) and I hear the horror stories so he cleared all my misconceptions out of the way. Thank you!

  Whenever I needed a rental car while my vehicle was in the bump shop ,they are there with whatever vehicle I need.

  This is honestly one of the worst rental car experiences I have ever had. The service is extremely slow and completely unorganized. We have been waiting inside the branch for nearly 50 minutes, and the waiting area is getting more crowded by the minute. Around 8 customers are waiting for their vehicles, while other customers are also waiting just to return their cars and drop off their keys. There is only one employee trying to handle everything, which is clearly not enough. Customers are frustrated, people are openly complaining, and there is barely any progress. Waiting this long despite having a reservation is completely unacceptable. This location seriously needs better staffing and organization, especially on weekends. Customers should not have to waste nearly an hour waiting because there aren’t enough employees to handle the workload. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a rental company.

  Worst “customer service” I have experienced in a very long time! After being in an accident a couple of days ago, I was super happy that my agent made a reservation on my behalf. That didn’t last long, as Enterprise called me to let me know that it would be two days before they had any vehicles. That obviously didn’t sit well with me and I went to their website and found that they had dozens of vehicles. They were supposed to pick me up at noon, but didn’t show up or call me to let me know there would be a delay. Finally arrived at their location and found that they only have one employee there. So I waited in line nearly an hour before I was able to complete the pickup. Never doing business with this company again!
