  I recently rented a vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Innocent, the branch rental manager. I can honestly say the level of customer service I received was top-tier. He was professional, polite, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much care and respect he showed, especially considering I was going through a stressful situation after a car accident and renting through my insurance. He made everything smooth, easy to understand, and ensured I felt taken care of every step of the way. Innocent truly went above and beyond to make a difficult time a lot more manageable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent service. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him if you have the chance.
