  I really had a great!!! Experience not only did they find out what was the Issue they went and picked my husband up from work and brought him to their location I was amazed what away to treat your customers I would recommend anyone to go here great price and they really do care about the customers who enter In there location thanks guys I love this place

  I meant to post this over a week ago, but I have to give the BIGGEST shout-out to Trevor at Belle Tire in White Lake. I was having one of the worst days of my life. I was already completely overwhelmed, and when I found out my tires were so worn that I needed a new set, I just lost it. I was standing there with tears streaming down my face because financially, I had no idea how I was going to make it work. Trevor didn't just see another customer—he saw a person who was struggling. He treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect during a moment when I desperately needed it. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, his empathy made all the difference. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about people, I cannot recommend Belle Tire in White Lake enough. Trevor is one of the most genuine, caring people I've had the pleasure of meeting, and I'll never forget the kindness he showed me on a day when I needed it most. Thank you, Trevor. You may not realize it, but your compassion meant more than you know.

  These guys are great! I started getting upset about a service. The guys took the time to explain the process to help me understand. At the end they provided great service at a great price!

  I had a leak in my tire my gut Told me to go where I always go!! Until on hard times I give them a call as they are very close to my daughter’s school. They said they couldn’t plug the one in the picture. I was shown and told that there was no leak on that , I previously already knew that as I knew that wasn’t causing the leak as it’s been there for a week. Times are hardd for everyone. Catching up on bills. Single mom sole provider. I call and they tell me they do not charge for patches or plus. The part I was shown and was aware of was leaking. I was told this is done as a courtesy to hopefully invite business in the future. I have bought tires from them before I’ve had windshield replaced. I’ve had brakes done my father who is no longer alive was very good friends with the owner of Bell tire. I had not made it onto 59 yet and I got out and looked and they had taken the part out so I would come back and buy a brand new tire from them. What is scam. not even fully out of the driveway and I Saw they took the part out to make it leak so I would come by a brand new tire. What a scam. completely ruined my daughter holiday weekend As we were gonna celebrate my birthday by going to the Toledo zoo and my daughter couldn’t be more excited..… Yeah, I can see why they literally pulled that out.I hope you’re happy that you’re you lied, made The situation way wway worse. simply the pure un integrity. I will never do business with this company ever again. Because I’m a girl I don’t know anything. I am well aware of cars and parts but because I’m a girl they took advantage of me. My father brought the owner of that company a lot of business, and they were very, very close friends. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us from cancer. I don’t write reviews. I couldn’t help myself on this one because I’m completely flabbergasted that they would really do that to me, knowing my daughter was in the car with me. My tire was completely flat within 10 minutes.
