- BLBrittany LAug 1, 20261.0My sister just took her cruze in to be inspected today for a knocking noise she's hearing in the front end. The tech drove around for 2 minutes, claimed they couldn't replicate the noise, and claimed it was the struts failing. Her struts were replaced last year and once the salesperson heard that, he refused to answer any of her questions. He kept brushing her off and told her when she goes to have her struts done at the place they were last installed that they could answer her questions. Excuse me? She came in for an inspection. Its YOUR JOB to provide answers. What the hell was the car doing on the lift if you didn't look at the ball joints? Why couldn't you answer her when she asked if they knew for certain it wasn't the ball joints? I'm LIVID to hear she had this experience because I recommended this location specifically because I've had such great experiences in the past. I'm pissed to hear its changed so much. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for the poor customer service you provided today.
