My only complaint is that 9 out of 10 times I get wash, my passenger side mirror gets pushed back and I always have to pull over and get out of my car to fix it. It is not a huge deal, but it gets bothersome time after time.

They didnt have that posted anywhere. I got 20 buck wash which was the works. Even tire shine went thru it was good till the end the dryers are not strong enough I can look past that.... I looked at my tires because i'm big on tire, shine and I had no tire shine. Whatsoever on my tires, which is fine. I can look past that too. Then, I went to vacuum out my car. They have free vacuums and free Matt washing. That was pretty good, too..... the reason i'm giving a four is because I needed help with the mat washing and my card would not work to Buy a $5 all-purpose car kit that they sell at Tommy's. So I had to get somebody to help me. And they were not friendly at all..... i'm a nurse, so I'm really big when it comes to talking with somebody or somebody talking to me and they were just very rude and acted like they didn't want to help. Thats why I gave them 4 stars.
