- CPChristina PaquinMay 12, 20264.0I finally went thru this car wash, it was really good the guy at the window was cool, said his system was down so I had t I use cash only. They didnt have that posted anywhere. I got 20 buck wash which was the works. Even tire shine went thru it was good till the end the dryers are not strong enough I can look past that.... I looked at my tires because i'm big on tire, shine and I had no tire shine. Whatsoever on my tires, which is fine. I can look past that too. Then, I went to vacuum out my car. They have free vacuums and free Matt washing. That was pretty good, too..... the reason i'm giving a four is because I needed help with the mat washing and my card would not work to Buy a $5 all-purpose car kit that they sell at Tommy's. So I had to get somebody to help me. And they were not friendly at all..... i'm a nurse, so I'm really big when it comes to talking with somebody or somebody talking to me and they were just very rude and acted like they didn't want to help. Thats why I gave them 4 stars.

When I caught it, they couldn't find a single usage log or even an account linked to my number, yet they only refunded one month and kept the rest. I’ve tried calling, texting, and emailing, but they’ve completely ghosted me. It feels like they’re just using paying customers to "vacuum out the neighbor’s car" with zero accountability. If there’s no account and no usage, they should return the money. Poorly run and zero integrity—take your business elsewhere.
