- ZZZackSep 19, 20261.0Jason the manager and Alex, the sales person sold my mom $1000 in tires But didn’t offer her an alignment they didn’t clean the wheels when they applied the wheel weights. The wheel weights were hitting the brakes and falling off. My mother went back to get her tires rebalanced when they printed her out a receipt that said alignment declined even though they had never offered her one. Since my mother was never offered an alignment when I called up to speak to them after they tried to give me the runaround. They called me back and said they had inspected her struts and the coils were cracked as a technician, I jacked the vehicle up and inspected the coils to find out, they were brand new and had been replaced when she bought the vehicle. There was not any rust on either of the struts and the spring springs were completely intact they were trying to say the vehicle was not alignable due to this but it was an excuse to not have to remedy their work after two comebacks. They are out to take advantage of people who don’t know what they’re doing. Do not take your vehicle to the shop unless you want to wind up with a rude manager calling your phone with lies and trying to defend his employee sales ratio rather than make the situation right. All she was offered was a discounted alignment after her tires were damaged due to being put on an unaligned vehicle she spent half a week trying to get their help to figure out what was wrong and all she was met with was rude attitude and being hung up on.
