  You seriously need to address whoever was answering your phones today, 08/16 at approximately 2:43 PM, because the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable. We called because we were ready to purchase a car battery and simply wanted to confirm that you had the correct one in stock. The employee asked whether my car was an SE or Sport, and because we weren’t sure, we had to quickly run outside and check. Apparently, having to take a minute to verify that information was enough to warrant your employee becoming extremely rude, SWEARING at us, and then HANGING UP. Are you serious?! This is how you treat customers who are literally calling because they want to spend money at your business? And it wasn’t just a battery. We had several other things we needed for our vehicles and were prepared to spend around $800 today. Instead, we’ll happily take that $800 to one of your competitors—and they can have our future business too. Being impatient is one thing. Swearing at a customer and hanging up on them because they needed a minute to answer your question is completely unprofessional and inexcusable. Management should absolutely find out who was working and answering the phone at that time and address it. You lost an $800 sale and future customers over an employee who apparently couldn’t handle waiting a minute while someone checked their own vehicle. Do better. And have the day you deserve. Wanted to add, after leaving this and reading your other reviews--you clearly are aware of your rude staff and you CHOOSE not to do anything about it. What an odd business strategy.

  Fred and Luis were super helpful in diagnosing my bad battery and got me exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service.

  Fred and Drake were super helpful and guided me to the wipers I needed. Drake even put my wipers on in the rain and I didn't even ask!! I live local and will continue to choose this store! Thank you for the help guys!!!

  The staff here is friendly and helpful, especially Fred! I bought wipers and wasn’t quite sure how to install them, he offered to help and it took him only 30 seconds! Saved me an hour of my life!

  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went in-store today, and couldn’t even get a “hello welcome in!” lol then I went to ask the little guy that looks Hispanic for help, but he walked by as if I wasn’t there. Then I find one of the items I was looking for and needed further as with the others, so I go to the counter to ask for help. Instead the blonde is standing there on her cellphone not paying any attention to me or the other customer who walked in, but what makes it worse is that I was standing right in front of her and she didn’t open her mouth. I politely put the item back, thanked them for their unwillingness to assist me (which I thought was their jobs), and left…… to not EVER return there, or any other autozone at that! Save your money and go where you are welcomed and appreciated, like O’Rileys down the street on Wayne rd. It’s no excuse for Poor customer service with an empty store, with only 1-2 customers, especially if the store employee has time to leisurely play on her phone, while getting paid to do a job that she isn’t doing! Maybe ban cellphones from the front? Idk
