  These guys are awesome. Our brakes went out on our truck and we were on vacation and live in Wyoming. They hooked up the truck to see the issue since they could not fix it for a few days to make sure it was safe to drive back to our son’s house. No charge!!! I would have fixed it there if we had more time. Thanks team

  I ordered my first super duty from Dean Arbor. The staff made this a seamless and effortless purchase. They are very professional and always willing to offer any assistance that I may require at any time. The service department is always friendly and helpful and they do a wonderful job. I would like to personally Thank the team that worked with me to make this happen. Jim, Michael, Skip, Joe, Josh, Brandon, Laura and, Sierra. They were all very helpful and courteous during the entire process.

  Traveling to the U.P. our truck blew it's intercooler and we limped into Dean Arbour Ford of West Branch Mi. Brandon helped get us going again by getting us in for service immediately, he let us camp overnight in our camper at the dealership, had a new intercooler the next morning, Aaron the tech installed the new intercooler first thing when it arrived. Although having the intercooler problem wasn't in the plans ,everyone at Dean Arbour went up and way above making our unplanned issue as pleasant as possible. If you want a dealership that truly cares Dean Arbour doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend!!!

  Me and my wife had a great experience purchasing our vehicle. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. Our salesman Joe was very helpful and never made us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend both the dealership and Joe to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
