  I made an online appointment for a wheel alignment a week in advance, receiving an email confirmation. I drove 30 minutes to this location on the day of the appointment. They acknowledged the appointment, but stated that I would have to drop the vehicle off and they would call me when it was ready, not recognizing the appt. And a process that normally require 1-2 hrs wait time. All done with you Belle Tire.

  I went to get some help removing a stuck on metal tire cap. The employee said he’d have to break it to get it off and charge me $110 with no other options (in an incredibly rude attitude). Luckily, I went to Discount Tire next door and they got it off in a matter of seconds for no charge. As a bonus, they said they could replace the valve for free if it broke and the sensor for $66 (much more reasonable than Belle Tire). Belle Tire was rude, unhelpful, and pricey compared to the much better Discount Tire.

  Had some work done, lost a couple lug nuts after the work was completed. The store manager put temporary lug nuts and ordered OEM the arrived the next day. As soon as they arrived, they got me right in and installed. Good customer service.

  March 2, 2026 went in for a tire repair. Bought 3 tires, as 4th tire that needed a repair was replaced due to a flat tire. for a slow leak. I was told it was repaired. Slow leak persisted. I went back April 2nd, 2026, I was told could not be repaired due to a nail in my tire. When I asked why it was discovered on March 2nd, I was told that happens? Took my car to another tire store. Leak repaired . I was informed only 2 lug nuts where put on my tires. THEY PUT MY LIFE AT RISK!!, had to purchase 3 lug nuts per 3 tires. I have completely lost my trust in Bell Tire, I now question if I needed 3 tires with 30,000. miles on my tires.
