- MJMiss JJun 19, 20261.0I'm currently sitting in this location. Made a reservation to pick up a car TODAY at noon. It's now almost 2 pm and this location hasn't had any cars available since they opened this morning. No one gave me a courtesy call to give me a heads up. I don't live in Michigan. I caught an Uber here from the airport ($27) and my day is now ruined. Enterprise has horrible customer service in corporate. They literally don't help just tell you they're going to escalate things to their regional managers. EVERY REGIONAL MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND REPLACED. This Wayne location needs to be shut down. Enterprisshould hold their franchises accountable to the stars they claim to have. I'm a gold member who will be cashing in their points and renting from AVIS from now on because enterprise has become the epitome of TRASH SERVICE and unreliability

- TDTim DrewJun 17, 20261.0Had a reservation for 230 arrived at 330 they said I was late and they did not have a vehicle paid 30 dollars for an Uber was told a manager will call me back twice still nothing 5 days later people are rude will never use again it has been over a week and no response even after going to their website. They won't call me back.

They do not show compassion or care about other people also to add when I showed up the employee that called me three days prior stated that my license was fine that my debit card was fine then when I show up to pick my rental, neither was fine and I was unable to get my Rental, but that’s OK when you call corporate and you get things situated you get your rental so nice. Try Ladi. Maybe you should go educate yourself on how to deal with your policies.
