  They drove through my front yard to get to my neighbors driveway. Drove over my sprinklers and left deep ruts in the grass. When I called to complain, the guy treated me like I was an idiot and hung up on me. I'll just hire a landscaper to fix the damage and sue norm and Eddie's for the bill. It's on video, open and shut case... This driver should be FIRED, immediately. He knew for certain that he was going to damage private property, and he did it anyway. He was holding up traffic, and instead of pulling to the side and giving the right of way to vehicles that had it, he rushed backing in. To hell with my yard, right? For the record, this is michigan law regarding backing up vehicles on roadways: Safe Backing Rule: Under Michigan law (Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1449), you cannot back your vehicle unless it can be done with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic. Notice the vehicle that the tow truck driver is interfering with, he simply doesn't give a crap. He'll do whatever he wants, whenever he wants...

  This place is a scam. My car wasn’t even towed for 10 hours and they said it was $440 to get it out. Thats insane! Worst tow company place I’ve ever been to. SCAMM

  These guys are crooks... they hit my car... I told them my house was 3 minutes away, take it there. Because of their own stubbornness, they took it to their place and 2 hours later I had to pay 500... and they also damaged the truck, which they didn't report... someone needs to put a stop to this because I can pay the 500 and I don't give a damn, but there are people who can't... they charge a processing fee and when you demand your receipt they give you a handwritten one that you can't even understand...

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Charged me $150 dollars cash only at 230AM. Than didnt have change, so I had to drive around town to find change. For a 2 block tow. Southgate PD dispatched them too so didnt have a choice in the matter.

  I goggled this tow company for service on my way to work. The guy told me it’ll be a couple of hours to get service. He called back and I received service within 15 minutes. The driver was very nice and professional! The tow truck was cleanest tow truck that I’ve seen in the inside. I appreciate the expeditious and great service! I recommend their service if you’re in need of towing!
