Nothing friendly about this place, I feel sorry for those who have to deal with this shit hole. They just want to kick you while you're down.

They drove through my front yard to get to my neighbors driveway. Drove over my sprinklers and left deep ruts in the grass. When I called to complain, the guy treated me like I was an idiot and hung up on me. I'll just hire a landscaper to fix the damage and sue norm and Eddie's for the bill. It's on video, open and shut case... This driver should be FIRED, immediately. He knew for certain that he was going to damage private property, and he did it anyway. He was holding up traffic, and instead of pulling to the side and giving the right of way to vehicles that had it, he rushed backing in. To hell with my yard, right? For the record, this is michigan law regarding backing up vehicles on roadways: Safe Backing Rule: Under Michigan law (Mich. Admin. Code R. 28.1449), you cannot back your vehicle unless it can be done with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic. Notice the vehicle that the tow truck driver is interfering with, he simply doesn't give a crap. He'll do whatever he wants, whenever he wants...

How can they call themselves "friendly service" when they are all over the roads downriver flipping people off, tailgating and then brake checking? The "friendly" part must be the smiles and laughter they exhibit while doing these things.
