  Went there to get a water filter. They had one for $42. I asked if they had any others and they said over a month ago they down sized their parts department. Didn't have much on the shelves. Went to Walmart and they had water filters in a package two for $10.

  Our purchase experience was top shelf all the way. We met Gary Verhages one yr earlier just looking. Told him our LONG list of must haves, max we were going to spend and he listened. He didn't push but understood and we left. He sent a couple Emails over a few months with information. We went to camper shows and decided to go say hi and say we're ready. Had a certain rig we wanted but they were sold before we could get one of them. He got back a few weeks later saying just look at these pictures. Needless to say, he checked all the boxes and better. We love our rig. Gary was gold and we consider him a friend. All the staff was excellent in our purchase and John in financial got us an excellent interest rate far better than our CU. Highly recommend General RV after looking at dozens of dealerships and camper shows. He didn't hype anything just facts. We would give 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you General RV for honesty in sales.

  Everyone was very friendly and knowledge. The service rep did an excellent job of communicating and getting the work done on my motorhome. They were very fair with all work performed, would highly recommend this facility to others!

  This was my first visit to a General RV Center. We were heading there to look at different types of motorhomes, to narrow down which brands and types to purchase. To be honest, I was expecting high pressure sales people that wouldn’t leave us alone and certainly weren’t letting you leave without trying very hard to close a deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong, sorry. We met Anthony Aguilar and were pleasantly surprised that there was zero high pressure. Anthony wanted to first understand what type of motorhomes would meet our needs. He then took us on a trip in a golf cart and we looked at about 8 or so motorhomes. No high pressure, Anthony was a professional and simply educated us on each brand we looked at, it was a fun outing. After we seen everything, we stopped by Anthony’s desk where he educated us on the history of the company, and how the service department worked. Anthony gave us another contact just in case we called in the future and he wasn’t available. We talked about what next steps we wanted, shook hands and left. Anthony followed up with an email and again was not high pressure. He wrote, “my job is to help you find the right unit, at the right time, and at the right price”. Very refreshing. We are looking forward to doing business with Anthony and General RV. Thanks Anthony, very much appreciated.

  The staff was awesome from talking with sales representative Brian DeBoer to Trevor in finance an Terry and Gabe in the parts department.
