While traveling in Michigan our class by RV refrigerator quit! We lost all our goodies when had collected on our trip! That's a whole other story. After tossing out all the food we remember our friend saying General RV prioritize traveling RV customers, so we gave them a call on Sunday and left a message. Surprise surprise 1st thing Monday morning they called! In the mean time our fridge started working again. The knowledgeable staff member explained what the problem may have been and why! I wish I had gotten his name...he was very helpful and professional! I am now a General RV believer, and will be a customer. thank you for being there!

I cannot say enough great things about the Service Lane Foreman at General RV in Wayland, Mr. Paul Fruin. He has truly saved the day on multiple occasions. Every time I’ve needed assistance, he has been incredibly responsive, quick to act, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
His knowledge and expertise are outstanding. No matter the issue, he takes the time to diagnose the problem, explain the solution, and make sure everything is taken care of correctly. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such exceptional customer service. He’s freaking amazing!!!!

Had a water leak called and went in next day they were very helpful and had fixed in a few hours so we were able to go right back camping excellent service and helpful technicians thanks for not running our getaway 👍

Great experience! Our sales representative Dan did a great job finding us an rv that working for us. Trevor did all the foot work to get the Financials to work out. Even had an issue with our motorhome within two days of bringing it home and the service department went above and beyond to figure out and fix what was wrong. Definitely recommend.

ZERO STARS - SKETCHY!
Salesman told us a price that seemed too good to be true without us even throwing out a bartering price yet…that price was reiterated with salesman which he shook his head yes (mind you all of this is on their surveillance for their review)
Derek Bosch, sales manager, comes out with his finance form and the price that was thrown at us is now $8,182 higher than salesman threw at us. When questioned about the final price configuration Derek Bosch made a snarky comment then told us to leave the store. We happily obliged.
Derek then sends a email asking for feedback where he should have left it alone…but since he’s asking for feedback…well…that’s exactly what they are getting.
