  I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the excellent service I received on my GMC truck. Steve in the service department was incredibly transparent about the repair. Steve arranged for me to get a rental. I appreciate the excellent service at Lunghamer GMC Buick. I will be returning to Lunghammer to have my Buick serviced.

  I purchased my buick enclave from lafontaine, I needed service work. The wanted 3 days for diagnosis then repair. No loaner car available for 4 weeks. They also tried to sell me tires at last visit. (Didn't need them) I called longhammer and they got me in, fixed the problem, gave me a loaner and treated me like a customer should be. Not just money and more money. I'm sorry I didn't buy my car from longhammer. I look forward to being a permanent customer. BTW the staff was amazing.

  My mom has her car serviced here regularly, and she is always incredibly pleased with the service she receives. The entire team is professional, friendly, and trustworthy, which is why she continues coming back. I especially want to recognize Lisa Morrow, the cashier. She truly goes above and beyond every single visit. She is kind, welcoming, and takes the time to make every customer feel valued. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Lisa is a wonderful example of that. Thank you for consistently providing such a positive experience!

  Brett Sitto and Brennen was awesome. My bank kinda pulled me through the rakes on a rate and payment wise. Brennen found another bank to match my rates and payments efficiently and quick too. They made every question answerable and answered very clearly and thoroughly. Very friendly and easy to work with. These guys were great and I’d recommend lunghamer to Anyone in the market for gmc!!

  I had a great experience working with Lisa in Rentals at Lunghamer Buick in Waterford. From start to finish, she was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She made the whole rental process easy, answered my questions clearly, and treated me like my time mattered. It’s rare to deal with someone who is both efficient and genuinely pleasant, but Lisa was exactly that. She represents Lunghamer Buick very well, and I would definitely recommend asking for her if you need help with a rental. Thank you Lisa!!
