  LUNGHAMER’s service is swift and precise. Steve was helpful with his suggestions. I especially liked that I could visually see the condition of the filter that needed replacing before okaying it. I am (and probably should have asked) used to being presented the used part that was replaced for the choice of disposing if it at the dealership or on my own…especially with things that are hidden within the workings of the vehicle. Very much appreciate the comfortable and clean lounge and restrooms provided at this Buick dealership. Still wishing there were brochures or videos on the many safety and other features that are present on GM cars. Maybe an interactive video where I could watch and learn about the new technology and how to access it and what it does while I wait.

  The team at Lunghamer BuicK GMC made the lease of our 2026 Buick Envista so easy, so much nicer than we’ve had at other places recently! Our sales consultant Jessica O’Tynan was excellent! She gave us space from our test drives to discussions at home to being super flexible with her time that was so appreciated when making a big decision like this, I never felt one second of pressure. She’s very easy to talk to about questions or non-car related things too! Check Jess out if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

  Candace Smith @ Lunghamer GMC is the best salesperson I have ever met in the new car business. This is the third vehicle that the family has purchased from her this year ! I call her and tell her what we are looking for, she does her research and calls me back, we come up to the dealership and take a look at the vehicles she has found and always end up purchasing the first one that she shows us, no wasted time, no hard sales pitch, she just shows you what you were asking for and you are out the door with a new vehicle.

  My vehicle has been given me nothing but problems and all I have been trying to do is get it fixed or reliable transportation. I bought a new engine for this vehicle still having issues and now I can’t even get a call back or any help fixing this. I dont know how to get help without making a scene at Gm. This is sad and I’m having regrets purchasing this vehicle. I understand now what they meant by not dealing with American made vehicles and the service or anyone actually caring. You can forget about it.i would put zero stars if I could. Just people pretending they care but I get it because it’s a job but I don’t like being lied to or tricked. I would not do business with people like this. Two brand new engines and gm just keeps taking the money and not resolving the issue. I can’t even get them to call me back. I regret ever getting this vehicle and it’s sad how little they care if they do and didn’t treat me like a human being let alone a CUSTOMER . Seriously people don’t make the mistake that I did . I don’t have anything or anyone left for help just stuck paying for a piece of trash dealing with Gm and their lies because they don’t care. They are horrible

  I had a wonderful experience with my service tech steve at the waterford mi location on highland rd Steve was amazing I have brought my vehicle back so many times I will say over 8 times complaining about the same issues and no one seems to have heard the noise when it was so obvious nevertheless I came in September 3 and God sent steve that day he took in my notes he listen to my audio recording and he jumped in the truck and ramed the engine and heard the obnoxious noise asap also he heard the knocking in the engine I was complaining about as well steve was amazing and although my truck was away for a month he made sure I had a loner to get my kid's back and forth and he stayed in touch with me every other day letting me know whats going on if that's not great customer service then what is it i was Honored to have him and he went above and beyond he deserves a big raise I'm greatful to have had him in the building that day
