  My experience at Lunghamer has always been a 5 star. From general maintenance and body work to general internal issues. They have always properly diagnosed and fixed the issue and I have never had an issue with any repairs. The have always been treated with respect and integrity.

  Service consultant Steven said as exceptional. Very kind in explaining everything that needed to be done. The prices were very reasonable. Much more reasonable than the ones in Troy. Will definitely be back to Lunghammer in Waterford and ask for Steve next time I need service on my Buick. Give Steve a zillion stars for his excellent customer service skills.

  My overall experience with Steve has been great! After my last appointment I went on a very long road trip. Steve took care of the oil change and tire rotation quickly as usual. As I was driving on my trip I took real satisfaction from the information he provided me from the multi point inspection. My brakes had been checked as well as my tire tread and even my battery was checked. I was particularly concerned with this last item as my car (and battery) is now over 3 years old. My travels took me some remote spots in upstate NY as well as mid-town Manhattan. These are not spots you want to be driving around wondering whether your is going to stop. Or start. GM, Lunghamer and Steve working together have given me genuine peace of mind. My Acadia and Steve’s attention to its maintenance has given me a flawless experience- a real quality of life game changer. Note: I have recommended Lunghamer more than once!

  I'm disabled and on a fixed income,, sold me a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado with a bad transmission!!! they knew about it every dealership plugs in a vehicle, they screwed me, over managers hide like they're in a chicken coop, getting ready to screw somebody else over on a transmission or an engine dirty rotten thing to do also I waited and I called that number and they never called me back the owner Joe never knows behind closed doors there I called I get disconnected I leave a mess with the secretary she ignores me and doesn't tell them about a vehicle they sold me with a defective transmission since the day I bought it very upset about it to scam my credit so you could get five grand in your pocket also you put 500 in your pocket that you didn't add off my vehicle you forgot to call your customer after you steal their money 💰 you totally forget about them for several months totally unacceptable
