  An ABSOLUTE best of the best, second to none and EXCEPTIONAL service. As soon as day one on the back and forth of trying to get the best deal, Chris Young didn’t back down on me. He worked hard to give the customer service that anyone deserves. His communication skills, compassion to customer and understanding the needs of his client makes him the go to salesperson in Joe Lunghamer of Waterford! Up until the car pickup, showed the in and around the dealership. Let you feel that you’re part of the family of that dealership now. Even the maintenance or shop and the app features of the car was enthusiastically shown! I don’t know about you but if cars are bought every month like you go to Costco or Sam's club I will keep coming back and Chris is my guy!

  Extremely Inflated Quotes & Predatory Diagnostic Fees I brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado to this dealership due to a shaking issue while driving. My experience with their service department’s pricing structure was extremely frustrating and concerning. First, I was quoted $250 just for an initial inspection, plus an additional $250 to inspect the transmission and another $250 for the suspension—totaling $750 simply to diagnose the vehicle. I declined the transmission check to avoid the extra fee, yet they inspected it anyway at no extra charge. This suggests the separate $250 fees are arbitrary and inflated for what should be a standard, comprehensive diagnostic The repair quotes sent to my phone were even more excessive, totaling nearly $13,000 Transmission Replacement: Quoted at $7,500 to $8,000. Industry standards for this repair typically range between $4,000 and $5,000, making their quote nearly $3,000 over market average. Motor Mount Bolts: Quoted $2,000 simply to address missing motor mount bolts. On top of that, they factored potential hypothetical labor time into the upfront quote based on the assumption that a bolt might break Charging nearly double what independent shops charge and billing upfront for speculative labor issues feels predatory. I want to emphasize that my service advisor, Melissa, was very polite and professional throughout the process. However, the dealership's overall pricing structure is far beyond reasonable market rates. I strongly advise getting a second opinion elsewhere before agreeing to any service here
