  I took my GM Equinox to Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet because Fox Chevrolet failed me on several levels. Nick Loughead was my service advisor and basically my introduction to Lunhammer. He was excellent. Very customer focused. Great communicator. Nick and his team solved the problem which had actually been caused by Fox. If you are looking for great service for your vehicle, go to Lunhammer and ask for Nick.

  Very disappointed in the service I received. I purchased a vehicle and the service engine light came on a week after purchase. Took vehicle back to get checked and was told it needed a whole new exhaust system. I asked about the warranty coverage I purchased and was told it's not covered. It was suggested that I speak with the sales manager about my problem. I called and ended up leaving a message. I received no response at all. I told the service guy that I wasn't getting a response from the sales manager and he said he would make sure he called me. Still no response at all. So I just went and picked vehicle up from service shop and when I asked questions about the problem I was given very vauge answers like it just needs to be replaced. I just want all buyers to be aware of this dealership and take note of their bad customer service! All I wanted was a conversation and couldn't get that. Very disappointed customer never will I ever visit this place for anything again!

  Chris Young was phenomenal to work with and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, honest, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions even after purchase days later, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked hard to get me a deal I was comfortable with.   They wanted to give me $500 for my trade in worth at least $1000. They left me on the hook for a day asking me to fill things out then sending them hours after they said they would. Then the next day they asked me to come in and drive the car i was interested in. I asked if they could give me some “what if” pricing on the phone so i didn’t drive 40 minutes to be disappointed. They gave me more run around and then said the car sold. Terrible experience. I’m a special education teacher who just needed a good deal. I went to A&B motors in Roseville and received the proper amount for my trade in and a deal i could afford. Oh and the A&B staff was way nicer and actually listened to my needs.

  Unfortunately i will never be using the service department again. Whole experience was bad. Car was scanned in under wrong name which was a bit concerning but i understand mistakes happen with technology. No loaner vehicle available. Upon pickup the man sent to retrieve my vehicle had a hard time finding it, come to find out it was because the wrong color vehicle was labeled on my key fob. Once the car was finally brought back to me he informed the service advisor it had to be jumped to deliver to me. Concerning considering that was the exact reason it was brought in to be repaired. The service advisor assured me that was normal with the new batteries and just to leave running for a half hour or so to charge the battery. Well i did so and today i have a dead car in my drive way. Also the paperwork receipt had an entirely different phone number and address that was not my information.
