- RGrobert greene1 day ago1.0Brought my son’s vehicle in for 4 services. Belle Tire lied and did NONE of them. Tire Rotation and Balance - Not Done (I marked the tires) Alignment - I paid for 12 months of free adjustments. They performed the check. On the report there were several red items out of spec. Steven said they didn’t do them because “they were close enough.” Tire Repair - Not done because the tread was 4/32. On their website it clearly states 2/32. Oil Change - I assumed that was done UNTIL…….. 2 days later my son comes in and says the low coolant light is on. Clearly this was not checked. Son jokingly says are you sure they actually changed the oil? I said good point so I pulled the dip stick. Nope, the oil was dirty AF. Oil change was supposed to be with Mobil 1 ESP. which is green in color. Check the picture of the rag I used for the dip stick. I’ve escalated this. Let’s see what they say.

No high pressure sales, staff that was friendly and explained things, reasonable prices and fast. I'm never going back to the chaos that is discount ever again. You won me over Belle Tire!

I was told the wait would be less than an hour for a rim leak repair and brake inspection, yet I ended up waiting three hours. I was also unexpectedly charged $85 for a tire sensor, which was never something I anticipated paying for. After the inspection, I was hit with a large estimate for recommended repairs. I understand that cars need maintenance, but the wait time, unexpected costs, and overall experience left me frustrated. Customers deserve honest communication, transparency about charges, and realistic expectations from the start. Unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied with the service I received.
