- ARAsad RajaJun 30, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I came in with a flat tire and was told by Morgan that they couldn’t help because my vehicle supposedly didn’t have the lug nut key. I then went to the dealership, where they checked my car and told me I don’t have locking lug nuts installed at all. They removed the wheels without any issue and got me back on the road. I wasted my time because the problem was incorrectly diagnosed. I would have appreciated if they had taken a closer look before turning me away.
- SLShawn LynnJun 25, 20261.0HEADS UP. I don’t like writing bad reviews but if I were you, I would want to know this. I dropped off my company van with instructions to only fix my tire sensors. They replaced my Bilstein brand shocks that were less than a year old with about 20,000 miles on them with KYB shocks which is a downgrade. Then replaced my rear tires that still had some life in them. The GM at my company ok’d this not knowing what was up. Not sure if the technician's have an incentive program to sell parts but it sure looks like it from where I’m standing. Be careful with these guys.
