  Ryan C, the manager, provided quick, amicable, and detailed service with purchasing & swapping out my car battery. In 10-15 minutes, he ran the battery test, verified my prior warranty (expired), and purchase history. Then he removed my "bad" core, credited the account, finished the sale, and placed the new one, ensuring everything worked. This was outstanding customer service from top to bottom. That's why I've purchased all my auto and boat batteries, and other items at this AutoZone for the past 10 years.

  I came to this AutoZone after I had a negative experience at the one on Walton rd. Not only did they help me figure out which battery I needed, they checked to make sure it was able to be installed and then later installed it for me! Even with the weather being in the negatives. Extremely happy with the service and help!
