  I had a very positive experience at this AutoZone! Hector was absolutely awesome! I had a bad battery replacement through AAA mobile battery that resulted in the engine light. Hector used the scanner to get the codes and he also the check the battery voltage. When checking the battery voltage he noted that the airflow sensor was not connected. The scan had also identified an airflow sensor problem. The guy replacing the battery did not reconnect it. Hector plugged it in and it is fixed! I cannot thank him enough!

  I always shop at this auto zone and I have been since 2010. My last visit I was helped by Deb W.She was very pleasant and helped me out every way she could to get my return completed.

  My husband and I went to a different store at first in Farmington when we were trying to return a part and the men there wouldn’t talk or help my hubby out. They kept saying they were busy even after waiting for awhile we left. Later we stopped at the store in Waterford off highland rd. Store 4312 and talked with an amazing lady Deb around 830pm. We felt bad coming in so close to closing time but she helped return our item quickly and painlessly. She’s a great person and has wonderful customer service, please everyone return to this location as they actually wanna acknowledge their customers and help out. Deb W should definitely get a raise!

  Specifically called to ask if I could return a product from another store explain the situation I was dealing with was told it was no issue just to drive there and find out I couldn’t return my product there. Waste of time go somewhere else.

  I want to give a big thank you to AARON! For helping me out tonight right away. I just got off work and could not start my car and did not know what was happening. I never had this situation before. I got my car started and quickly made it to auto zone. Aaron was the one who helped and said I got you. I asked if there is any incentive or tip for you helping me. Aaron replied no, but no worries this will take 2 seconds to change out your battery to your fob. And it definitely took two seconds. I was like WOW THANKS! Keep up the amazing job Aaron, I can tell your very helpful with your customers and iam glad I was one of them.
