  Won't be back. Had an appointment drove 50 minutes to get the oil change and was told they were too busy. Ruined the whole day to get the oil change for nothing. They should have at least called to reschedule.

  Great communication. I never have to chase down a live person to tell me what's happening with my vehicle. They're up front, honest and clear when explaining parts, time and cost. And they do what they say they're going to do.

  Very friendly and efficient team over there. Great communication!!! A little pricier than I expected. However I didn’t have another quote to compare it to, so take that with a grain of salt . the invoice was broke down to every tiny detail. That is appreciated. The process was very smooth. Logged on to their website Sunday evening. Made an appointment for the next morning . My appointment was at 8:30 , John called at 8:40 to ensure I was still coming. I explained that I was running 15 min behind, he was understanding and kind about that. They called before any diagnostic to approve the cost and then again before performing the repairs needed. Less than 24 hrs later , I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. Thank you John&Washington Twp Tuffys. 5 star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
