  Whenever I get a new lease at Serra everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I have been going there for many years and will continue. Its a great dealership and it has an excellent service department.

  Theresa in service is fantastic. I'm handicapped came in with no brakes. I went to the wrong dealership but Theresa didn't want me to drive and said they would fix my car. They didn't have a rent a car but she went out of her way to get me a car. I had 1 doctor appointment that week and 3 the next. She kept me informed the time they had my car. She's a valuable person to represent your dealership. And an asset. My next car will be a kia and I will get it thru Theresa 's dealership. That would be the only reason cause of her. I can't say enough about her. Thanks again Theresa you're awesome.

  My husband and I walked in and was greeted with a welcoming smile by Joey Mazzola. He asked us what brought us in and from there he was very informative and listened to our needs. We purchased a 2026 KIA Seltos and are extremely happy. Joey is a very honest person. I definitely would recommend him when buying a car. Thanks again :)

  Excellent experience with Serra Kia. They took great care of my Stinger, handled the repair professionally, and provided me with a loaner on very short notice, which I really appreciated. Also special thank you to Teresa for being so helpful throughout the process and making everything easy. My family has been coming to Serra for years, and this is exactly why we continue to trust them. Highly recommend!

  Serra kia has excellent customer service. Kept me updated and provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was repaired. They answered all my questions and my car was repaired quickly. My thanks to Timothy, Zebastian, and Teresa and Megan. Excellent service
