  So thankful to have found Mark Jabow. He goes above and beyond for his client. I was looking for a Cadillac CT4 for the past month and no one I spoke with could get it for me and if they could, the pricing was horrible. Mark not only found me the car but had it all done with the first 24 hours of speaking with him. He got me the best deal and had me in and out. An honost and caring gentleman. Thank you Mark for everything!

  Stephannie is awesome, very knowledgeable about the dashboard lights. Troy suburban kept my car for 2 months and couldn't determine what that light was on the dashboard. Then Les Stanford kept my car for 3 months and still couldn't determine what the light on the dashboard was. My car was returned to me the middle of April 2026. I spent over $3,500 in car rentals. Aug 5,2026 the light went back on. I was told immediately by Stephannie the Purge pump was the reason for that light on the dashboard. The dealership had a clean waiting room and bathroom. Good donuts, valet guys are warm, friendly. I won't be going anywhere else.

  After having a terrible experience at Serra Honda in Brighton, I decided to put one more inquiry about my trade in on Serra Buick GMC in Rochester Hills. This was first thing in the morning, maybe 8:30am on Saturday. Right after they opened i received a call from Troy Taylor in sales to go over my trade, scheduled me an appointment for the same day. Troy was communicative the entire process. Not only was troy able to have my trade in value matched, but i ended up receiving more for my trade. He made the process so much better than I expected. I walked in the doors thinking this that due to my current circumstances that I would still be in the same boat and stuck with my current vehicle/ current payment since that is what the previous dealership told me. Only due to the timing, the dealership closing at 3 on a Saturday, and have 2 younger high energy children with me. We test drove one vehicle on Saturday, drove an hour home and waited for the call. Monday morning, 17 minutes after the dealership opened I got a call from Troy! They had an approval on a better vehicle than what I had test drove the previous Saturday, which included a warranty as well as GAP all within the payment area I was looking for. The vehicle has beyond exceeded my expectations. David L. Was my finance manager yesterday at signing. Again, amazing experience. Everything was explained, it was not just numbers. It was light hearted conversation and acknowledgement of my children and understanding of parents with younger children that may not have that extra help.
