  Justin and Donovan are both extremely friendly and have excellent customer service skills. If an issue does come up, these agents are quick to make their customers happy and cultivate repeat customers. This location is closed on weekends which is the only negative.

  We've rented from multiple locations. The Romeo location is absolutely amazing. Both Donovan and Justin are great they always call to confirm everything was to my satisfaction and I appreciate that. Great location!

  I had a great experience renting a car, but what really stood out was Justin, the manager. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, Justin made the process easy and stress-free. Him and his team, Donovan answered all my questions, made sure I got the right vehicle for my needs, and ensured everything was clear with no surprises. The car itself was clean and in great condition, and the whole experience felt well-organized and customer-focused. Thanks to the amazing service—especially from the Justin —I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back again!
