  I can't make a rental on Friday because they won't take the car back on Saturday. Also I can't make a call into this office unless I want AI to analyze my voice.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise Car Rental in Washington Township! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Justin, Otis, and the assistant manager (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) all went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Each of them was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together and treats customers with such kindness and respect. Because of the exceptional service I received, I will definitely be utilizing this Enterprise branch for all of my future rental needs. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch customer service!

  Enterprise gave me a clean Chrysler minivan and the service was very professional inside when I picked it up and I returned it they were very pleasant it was great doing business with them and Enterprise and they're a big asset to have in the front of the house their names was Ali A young lady and a gentleman named Justin very nice people....

  cant give less than 1 star . Reserved a car - next day told not available, they cant help with that one(wasnt even what was offered online would have been something different) , speak to the reservation number twice, no help after telling me that a manager would call me, they expedite these. 3hrs hours nothing - call again- and another location cant assist- useless customer service.
