  I had an excellent experience with Five Star Auto Parts while buying parts for my 2013 Chevy Tahoe. I needed both fenders and a front bumper. They didn’t have the passenger-side fender in stock, but they ordered it for me and let me know as soon as it arrived. The price was very reasonable, and they shipped the parts directly to the collision shop. A special thank-you to Kristen for helping me with my purchase. Five-star service!

  Used to be good. Now it is a waste of time to call. Parts are never in stock and employees can't be bothered to check and see about an order option.

  Ordered a bumper for $286. When I went to pick it up, it was the wrong one. I never took it out of the store, but they still kept $11 from my refund. Not happy with that.
