Out of all of my experience with Enterprise, this was the most impossible. I rented a truck for approximately $444 because I like that number. It was 444 and some change. Then I extended the rental for another week which was an additional 444 creating. Total charge of 889 was what it was supposed to be with 199 deposit that they hold until I return the truck. Okay! During the duration of my rental when I was attempting to extend it. Faith, firstly refuse to extend it over the phone for a week. When I mentioned it and was only trying to give it to me one day at a time. I spoke to another person who saw that I did have the qualifications to extend it for a week. Therefore I did. Basically I'm stating I am being discriminated against in this company from this particular location and that's what I'm going to explain how. Faith called me at 7:00 something in the morning talking about your card's not working and we need to have the truck back. At that time I had already paid and was unloading and it was the early in the day after I had asked for an extension. For some reason she just tried to run my card. I had lost my card so I had it on hold so that's the only reason why the money wasn't available because I didn't want it to be stolen if someone had found my card. This was ongoing because I was unloading a truck and you know moving you might lose your bank card. Faith frantically demanded the truck back immediately when she saw the card didn't work or demanded a card. She said she needed a card. I said well that same number is working. You can just add more money onto it. She said no. I need to swipe a card. I said okay. Well that particular card is lost and I can't get another one fast enough. Here it is 11:00. The truck is half half unloaded. She's persisting. So by 1:00 or 1:30 I got back there and brought her a card from another bank. She was supposed to be putting it just in place for them to have something to swipe because they needed a card to swipe a physical card. There was no money that was discussed. The money had already been paid but Faith decided that she should charge my card. So she charged my card an additional $74 as soon as she got it and then charged it for two extra days in addition and then they still charged me the full amount. On my original account that I was using because that became active again! Then they returned the 199 deposit and claim that that is the return of the overcharged debt that Faith charged and it is not. The figures do not line up. One is $224 and the other is $199 and it's different banks. Chase Bank is 100% on my side and has declined their transaction and return my funds. They have reviewed all three invoices. Sent from Enterprise and they see that actually two of them are fraudulent and adding all the numbers together and if you add them together it comes to something 13 1400 because they overcharged me! So anyway if I could give this place a zero I would. I've been arguing with their manager. Veronica, she's definitely trying to not argue, but trying to convince me that she's correct. I believe that we are dealing with some discrimination and hopefully this will help escalate it to someone who will actually do the math! Considering that Veronica has threatened to eliminate my rental rights with Enterprise! Over their mistake 😔

I would give a zero or negative if I could. I was allowed to make a truck rental guaranteed a job because of it and the day I go to pickup the vehicle I am told it is not in stock or available and they do not have one anywhere
