  The staff is great and have professional demeanors. The company just doesn't have discounts for seniors or hardly anyone else, such as AARP, amac, union government , postal..etc... they were familiar to me from the past, but it was last minute. I would have shopped around with more time.

  Be careful when renting from here i made reservations a month in advance for a minivan they waited 2 days before my trip to call and say they don't/ won't have any noone tried to fox or accommodate the situation

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Rented a car for the weekend showed up today to get it and she lied to us telling us there was no phone number to contact us that the car we wanted wasn't there horrible customer service won't ever use them again.

  Terrible service and experience. I had a reservation for 12 and I am told they don’t even have cars available to fulfill my reservation. They offered I go to the 18 mile location and didn’t attempt to assist further. Told me they were closing and rushed to leave. Poor service and communication.

  Terrible service constantly switching reservations, my company is on the fence to ever use this location in the future. Makes matters worse is they put you on hold soon as you call then ultimately end the call instead of taking it like a real employee. I hope the company I work for that does long term rentals through you guys never uses this location again an half the vehicles are beat up bad
