  Put an online booking it said no problem you are booked 10 minutes later they called back and said nothing was on their lot completely empty but he said he had customers returning they just weee not there yet and he would call me when they did that was not true also I called him before close and then he said I was on a waitlist he never mentioned anything me word about other people being ahead of me

  My reservation, confirmed three weeks ago, was not able to be honored. I was informed all premium SUVs went on a “recall, last Friday.” There was no courtesy call, no cancellation, no email, nothing. They offered a minivan as a replacement, but I’m not sure how I can fit eight passengers in a minivan that can only accommodate seven. After reading the reviews, it seems that this location has consistently disappointed current Enterprise customers. I believe this is not the expectation set by corporate, which is to provide “Exceptional Customer Service.” If you don’t need a premium SUV urgently, I suggest continuing to book reservations at this location. From my experience, they seem to misunderstand the concept of a reservation and will likely not accommodate it. After all, who are we to think reservations need to be made in advance? Silly customers.

  Sarah was very nice and kind. Sarah made sure I received exceptional customer service! Sarah also went over and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car rental.

  Make sure to take lots of pictures and videos of the vehicle before leaving the lot. My wife picked up a car that had a cracked windshield and some damage to the front fender and was told by the employees it was fine and everything was already marked down. We drop the car off and 2 weeks later we receive a claim in the mail trying to make us pay for the windshield and fender saying we damaged it. Thankfully we had proof that the vehicle was picked up already damaged.

  Turned in vehicle 1 day early bit still got charged the whole time of reservation alamo and budget always give back the one day charge so I use this enterprise cause it convinced but I will just drive farther for better service ..plus vehicle smells like smoke like all your vehicles do and windows are chipped ..not coming back to you guys ..
