Shortly after buying the vehicle: The transmission failed, causing hesitation, loud noises, and unsafe driving conditions. While driving on the freeway, the seatbelt popped off, creating a major safety hazard. I discovered that this vehicle was part of a known transmission defect/recall for 2020–2023 models before I purchased it. Despite this, the dealership did not disclose the issue or offer assistance. Attempts to get help from the dealership and the manufacturer were not successful, and my warranties had expired, leaving me responsible for repairs. I am warning potential buyers to thoroughly check recalls and inspect vehicles carefully before purchasing from this dealership. Safety is not guaranteed, and I would not recommend buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales without extreme caution.
