  If they can't make a sale, they won't help you. Because they are closest to me I have gone there more than once to be told I need new tires. Normally, I oblige. I took it to Firestone and guess what...they were able to fix it!!! Even though they're the closest I would never go there again!!!

  Wish I could give a better rating as most of the staff was extremely polite and service was good. However, I had to talk with the most unpleasant individual I've ever had to deal with (John) and he was extremely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. To summarize, I'll be going to another business or location because customers should be treated with more respect.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the Belle Tire location on Van Dyke. I paid online for a tire replacement and scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM, but when I arrived, the store had no record of my payment or appointment. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Because of this, I had to leave work early and was put in an emergency situation with no way to get home. I was then forced to pay again in-store just to receive the service I had already paid for. This caused financial loss and affected my job, all due to a system failure and lack of support. A system error is understandable — leaving a paying customer stranded is not. I expect a refund for the original payment and a proper resolution. I hope this issue is taken seriously so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
