  I went back because they were under new management. I needed an oil change. Everyone was very nice and I did not have to wait long either. I will be coming back! Thank you!

  This place is under new ownership and management, FYI. I took my son's 1999 Toyota Sienna here because I was tired of being able to hear him coming from half a mile down the street. I was greeted and assisted promptly and I explained my concerns to Trisha. She asked me if I was going to wait or go home, and I told her I planned to walk. She grabbed her keys and drove me and another customer home. David called me about 90 minutes later with an update. My son had been driving an unsafe vehicle, and needed 2 lower control arms and two front tires in addition to the exhaust issue (I don't doubt this for a second). A part needed for the exhaust wasn't made anymore, so they fashioned a pipe for it. Trisha drove all the way to Warren to pick up the additional parts. Everything was done in 5 hours, and Trisha came back to pick me up and take me to the shop. I'm so thankful that they did this inspection and alerted me to the dangerous situation. It was basically an accident waiting to happen! Thank you, Trisha, David, and the Tuffy team. We'll be back!

  I had a fantastic experience at Tuffy Auto Service! The new owners have really turned this place into something special. They’re honest, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. It's nice to see David back at the counter who is absolutely excellent at what he does. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you feel confident about the work being done.   I believe that tuffy is one of the most honorable mechanics around had an oil leak had a problem after they fixed it and they made sure they stepped up and took very good care of me and my daughter it was my daughter's car so she was nervous the first time taking it in and they made it very easy for her I appreciated All they did of taking care of my daughter making sure that when we brought to car back they took care of us and made us feel like the we are part of their family thank you tuffy

  I had my oil changed and tire rotated. They also fixed my tire at no additional price after I hit a pothole I couldn't avoid and the rim got bent. My tire pressure monitoring system had issues after and I learned the sensor was cracked from hitting the pothole. They fixed it for free. This is the 2nd vehicle I have brought here and they are always great. They get me in and out.
