  This was my first visit to tuffy's and it was awesome. They explained things to my satisfaction and treated me as a valued customer which I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely go back again and again. Thank you for making my first experience a memorable one.

  Highly Recommended ! We’ve taken both of our vehicles here and had a great experience w each. They were respectful of my time. Their waiting area is great - lots of nice “extras” - including a massage chair, snacks and beverages (not just water) and their staff is very friendly. We appreciate their dedication to military families ❤️❤️❤️ as well . 👍👍👍👍👍

  Rarely have I visited a business with such phenomenal employees and such honest, exceptional service as Tuffy's Walled Lake. I was dealing with a major issue with my car and had already had a bad experience at another nearby shop, so I was understandably very cautious about trusting anyone else with my vehicle. From the moment I called, David immediately put my mind at ease. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. The mechanics, Josh and Dennis, were equally outstanding. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about helping me and finding the right solution for my situation. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of — I felt like they truly wanted to do the right thing. I can't recommend this shop highly enough. In a time when it can sometimes feel like businesses are more focused on making a sale than helping the customer, Tuffy's Walled Lake stands out as one of the rare places that still values honesty, integrity, and great service above all else. I'll definitely be bringing my car here from now on for any future issues. Thank you, David, Josh, and Dennis, for going above and beyond.   I can't thank Tuffy's in Wixom enough for helping me out today. After AutoZone informed me my car was not safe to drive, I was stranded about 45 minutes from home and extremely stressed. I called the shop and spoke with Terischa who was incredibly kind and reassuring. She told me they'd do their best to fit me in, which immediately took a huge weight off my shoulders. David the service manager had spent time with me explaining the parts needed and what they’d need to do. Josh who worked on my car then took the time to show me the old parts and explain how it went wrong. I seriously cannot praise this place enough. Their willingness to help during a stressful situation meant more than they probably realize. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I truly appreciate the compassion and customer service they showed me today. Highly recommend!

  I wanted to send a quick note to express my gratitude for your excellent service. Getting the A/C recharged and the rear brake pads replaced made a world of difference. Your attention to detail, efficiency and quick turnaround are truly appreciated!
