  Our car's right rear quarter panel was dented, and Progressive suggested Gerber as being in their repair network. Took the car to the Troy location and when we got it back I found that the rear bumper cover was joined to the quarter panel with several tabs of double-faced foam tape (see photo)! Very shoddy work, IMHO. Rather than use this shop again, I took it to another Gerber location that I trust (in West Michigan) for a redo under warranty. Also, the interior was full of fine white dust that was not cleaned up. I'm not advising to avoid Gerber overall, but this skip this location.

  They did excellent work on my car. Pam is such a sweetheart calling me with updates. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

  Great place great work. I was greeted with a smiling face and directed to a hot cup of coffee on a chilly day. Then I was walk-through the steps by Pam, who kept me informed of all the steps and also communicate communicated with quite thoroughly two days a week until my car was ready. It’s one of those. I hope I never have to see you guys again, but at the same time if it does happen, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for still caring about the customer. It’s very unusual that happens during these times.

  Nicole and Richard were so helpful and patient! We had such an easy and pleasant experience here thanks to them! We waited longer than preferred for my parents car to get fixed but everything looked great after it was done.
