Pricing was pretty decent when I needed the car in a pinch. Unlimited miles and very helpful staff. Will come again!

The staff here is nice but you can tell the location is not run as well as other branches. At the time of this review they have a 3.7 rating compared to the Royal Oak location which is 4.3. Every time I rent here I wait 15-20 minutes or more for a car to be ready. There is a consistent talk track from the team that they never know the fleet and do their best on getting everything ready, but the truth is other branches don't experience the same problems. I feel for the staff because they are poorly treated by the customers who are frustrated. This branch operates on what is best for them vs. the customer. If I rent from here I usually have to rent a day earlier so I have the car in a timely fashion for my road trips.
