  I had to rent a car for a special work event from Enterprises's Exotic Car Collection. The initial experience was stressful and frustrating given the rental requirements were not communicated despite having repeat check-ins with the branch in the weeks leading up to the rental to ensure everything would go smoothly. What I expected to be a 15 minute rental process drew on for hours. My experience changed when Morgan the Manager stepped in to assist me. She treated me with kindness, compassion, and courtesy when I thought I was not going to be able to rent the needed vehicle. She showed extreme humility and was very apologetic. I learned from her that not only was the program new to this location with more stringent requirements than typical rentals, that she was new also. Morgan vowed to address it with her staff and make improvements so customers would not have a similar experience that I had. Even though the branch was swamped and closed, Morgan personally drove the vehicle out to me after hours, apologized again, and ubered back. I could not say more about her customer service, and know other renters will be in good hands with her at the helm of this branch. If you need a car in the area this should be your go to!

  I had an incident where my car was totaled on July 3rd. I had Enterprise help me rent a car per my insurance claim. When the period of my insurance coverage ended, Enterprise accommodated me by extending the rental for another about 30 days after the insurance ended with the same lower rates that my insurance was charged. The extension was done over the phone without me even needing to visit the place. I then changed the rental car to another one and that was handled very efficiently. Earlier today, I bought my new car and returned the rental one to Enterprise of Troy. Throughout all of my dealings with Enterprise rental, they are amazingly prompt, efficient, courteous, helpful, and I'd say they bend backward to accommodate their customers. If in the future I need another rental, I would go nowhere but Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Troy. They work very hard and conclude the matters within a few minutes so that customers do not have to wait long even when they are crowded. Everyone I met there was great: Cross, Morgan, Dom, plus others whom I did not ask their names. If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give them many more. They exceeded all expectations.

  Best car rental experience! I rented from a competitor that failed to have the car that was promised. I quickly ran down the street and Matt and the team saved the day and the trip taking my daughter back to college. The best in metro Detroit by a mile

  Great customer service. Very pleased with the minivan rented. It worked perfectly for college move-in. I’m definitely renting again from this location because they have a great courteous and helpful team.

  Moved out of Troy but I have always had pride for my hometown after moving. This enterprise had awesome customer service compared to another one I went to in Grandville Michigan. This one was way more professional and worked with someone named Austin. Very friendly and so kind listening to me just sharing my experience after receiving a car that smelled Smokey. I wanted to change it since I didn’t have time when I picked it up and alll the car selection there was okay. Almost felt like it wasn’t an enterprise at the other location but this one really felt like an enterprise experience. I feel like he has restored my faith in enterprise to the standard I remember. Thank you Austin. Also I had to walk to the corner to go work and he offered a drop of service too. Made my day and thank you once again Good job at this location and having Austin! So nice and professional
