I’ve had excellent experiences working with representatives at this Enterprise Car Rental location. Michael, one of the agents there, stands out as a key reason for my Platinum membership.
I consistently receive newer, spotless SUVs, cars, and pickup trucks. I’d happily return and recommend Enterprise to anyone.

The Clinton township said to go to Troy they would have more availability.

I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I made a reservation a full week in advance, expecting the vehicle I selected to be available at pickup. However, when I arrived, I was told that my reserved car was not available.
Instead of offering a proper solution, the agent tried to convince me to take a different size vehicle, which did not meet my needs. This put me in a difficult position, as I had specifically chosen the original car for a reason.
What’s the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t guaranteed? I expected better planning and customer service. This experience has made me reconsider using Enterprise in the future.

Had a very positive experience picking up my rental today. Even though it was pretty busy a half hour before closing today, the guys working were in good spirits and super friendly. Alex was who ended up helping me and honestly, 10/10. Helped with my rate, took me out, helped me figure the car out and showed me a few things I weren’t aware of. I appreciated his approachable and calm demeanor. Highly recommend this location! Thanks again, Alex!
Staff is rude and dismissive. I was turning a vehicle in that I rented for over a month. We decided to turn the vehicle in after hours. While my husband went to go get gas, I pulled up in the back and waited. There was an employee with a red vehicle that came out. I rolled down my window and I only asked. Do you work here he was very rude and he said yeah we're closed which was very apparent that they were closed. I didn't appreciate the attitude and the dismissiveness and all I was asking was about the after hour of process of turning the rental in after hours. Won't be renting from here again with that type of tone and attitude Ask a question. Not sure if he had a bad day, but he was definitely dismissive and extremely rude.
