  Morgan, Mike and their team are amazing!!! They all went above and beyond!!! They were super busy and they all had smiles 😃 and were doing everything to ensure ever customer was happy 😊 I will only rent from this location when I come to town. They have definitely set the bar high for every location now!!

  This Enterprise location was terrific! Morgan, Connor, and Bob the driver were super customer oriented . Nothing went wrong for me, but I was part of the problem solving they went to on behalf of the previous customer who rented the same car and left the garage door opener in it. I appreciated their efforts to call and text, and their in-person skills are even better! It’s a busy location and it seemed to me that every customer was treated very nicely and repeat customers were recognized. Well done, Enterprise!

  Needed a vehicle for five days while mine was being repaired. At the time of pickup, and at the time of return - was treated very kindly and efficiently by the folks here. The place is busy but very well staffed so wait time was very minimal.

  I absolutely love this location! Whether I’m renting for business or personal travel, Enterprise—especially this branch—is always my first choice. Chelsey, the manager, consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate both me and my business, making every experience seamless and stress-free. Most recently, I rented a vehicle for my son's graduation weekend in Chicago and had the pleasure of working with Conner. From my initial phone call the day before pickup, to the check-in process, and all the way through vehicle return, Conner delivered exceptional customer service. He is professional, attentive, and genuinely kind—qualities that seem increasingly rare these days. The entire team makes renting easy, enjoyable, and hassle-free, which is exactly why I continue to return. Outstanding service like this deserves recognition. Thank you for always taking such great care of your customers. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch rental experience!

  Unfortunately I had to give this rating,I rented a car from this facility due to lack of vehicles I was granted an upgrade I was appreciative of the gesture the staff was very polite and helpful but my issue comes with the vehicle I was given now they attempted to give it to another kind lady whom rejected it saying the check engine light was on they, did another check and said the light was not on but anyway giving her another vehicle so I asked one of the clerks what was wrong with the vehicle and he informed me nothing was wrong stating she just had a long drive and wanted to be in something else so I let it be putting aside what I had just heard but in a nutshell the car was fine on residential driving but soon as you hit speeds of 60+ the suspension gets very loose vibrating violently when hitting a bump in the road making it very easy to lose control of the vehicle if unseen obstruction in the road is hit now they have an emergency contact number for you to call if you have any issues during your time with a rental but I only had it for a day I didn't wanna make such a big deal so I do take accountability on behalf of not letting them know but I shouldn't have to if they are doing the vehicle inspections as they should but I would recommend they just have to make sure they vehicle are safe for the customer.
