  I started coming to this location a couple years ago. I went back to Walmart (I needed a headlight bulb replaced also) and I will NOT be doing that again. Not only did they refuse to change the bulb, which I had done there multiple times over the last 7 years, but they didn't put my mileage on the oil change sticker, AND they didn't put the clips back on the cover. Not one of the clips was put back. Thank you, Valvoline team for the great customer service every time! I'll see you in 3,000 miles!

  NEVER going back to this location or company! They got a evac tube (which I’ve never seen any other oil places I’ve gone too use one) literally stuck in my engine I was with my daughter and left us stranded as they had to tow my car away, they were tugging on it for 30 minutes straight and only when i mentioned something about ruining my oil pan they stopped and said some bullshit to try and not make themselves look better. I was without a vehicle for a week! I have adult responsibilities with a job and appointments to make it too. The company did not supply me with a car or help me with transportation when their own employees don’t know how to do their job. The company not only didn’t help me with transportation for the week but they also didn’t compensate me for any of the trouble, no free next oil change, nothing! Owner had attitude over the phone everytime I asked for updates, whole situation was ridiculous and could have been avoided if they hired people who know how to do their jobs. Also to mention this location is so very overpriced so many other cheaper, professional places nearby

  Awesome staff, was in and out!! Helped me with some other things that were wrong with my car and made sure I knew about all their services I can get for super cheap!

  I went to the shop on West road and it was the absolute most amazing experience of my life. Super professional & polite they really took care of me. Evan was amazing who made me feel completely comfortable and like family and that he generally cared about my well-being, and safety on getting home. along with George and Quentin who also were just as amazing. I do recommend this place they take care of business & have amazing prices. Needless to say I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again and I suggest anybody who needs an oil change done try this place before it anyone else ❤️❤️❤️ if I could give it above five stars I would

  George and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. The oil change was quick and painless, and I’m definitely returning to this location. If I could, I’d give them more than five stars!
