  Karon did great job today. He was training people, doing multiple things with a pleasant positive attitude. He went above and beyond today with showing me my car air filter, which I had no idea about.

  Got my oil changed 4 days ago. Absolutely NO oil in my truck. I didnt have an oil leak before this. Like stalled out. No oil. Paid $100 to fry my engine. Thanks valvoline.

  If I could give 100 stars, I would they are the epitome of Customer Service and quality We used to go to the dealership they by far surpassed their customer service And quality of workmanship!! Every time I go to Here for an oil change I’m dazzled by their Service They do things the old-fashioned way Try them once and you’ll be a lifelong customer like we are And I’m a Manager and deal with customers all day long so I’m not easily impressed

  I’ve been looking for a better place to get my oil changed. I’m a single woman and the last place I went to gave me the creeps. My brother recommended this place. He nailed it. The staff are nice, informative, and professional. This is my new place! Highly recommend it!

  On 06/11/26 A oil change service was done at this location. Upon arrival, I was not necessarily greeted very welcoming. As the Lube technicians did appear to have competence in the services provided Which yes is the integral part of the service. The demeanors of the technicians were not good, not friendly. For what you pay at Valvoline compared to a competitor, I could go someone else get the same oil change quality or do it myself, and have a person with a better demeanor do it for me. As I was checking out, I had a corporate card, normal credit card..not a national account .. it was Declined, it was declined because it is set up for tap and you have to manually enter the info. Based on the Demeanor of the technician, he knew that is what he needed to do and it seems he just didn’t want to do that out of laziness. The university of life and common sense should be enough to know that. So I just went and got gas the card works fine. So unnecessary and inconvenient extra step now needed because payment was collected by other means. I like Valvoline. I just didn’t enjoy this location at this time.
