  Got my oil changed 8 days ago and they didn’t replace the oil plug crush washer and they left the oil plug loose in general so I’ve been leaking oil this entire time. Called and spoke to someone rude and unhelpful. I’ll find somewhere else to get my oil changed from now on and quit recommending Jlube since the quality and service have obviously declined.

  I was assured my vehicle was fixed, even though all the warning lights were still on in my car. The mechanic cleared them and said it would be fine. 12 hours later I broke down 75 miles from home. The worst part was after paying $1000 12 hours earlier, tuffy told me it was most likely an electrical issue and I needed to take it to a dealership. They lied about properly checking out the issue. I specifically told them I thought it was a computer issue, and was told if this fix didn't work they would try something else and then said nevermind only a dealership can fix it. I want my $1000 back. I ended up donating the car and got $300 for it. It doesn't matter to the junk yard how many brand new parts you put in your vehicle. Thanks for the $500 used alternator and hope you enjoyed the $500 in labor, cause you'll never get another cent from me.

  Dropped my ID down my window. Tuffys got me in the fastest and for the cheapest after calling around town. I didn’t get his name but whoever serviced my vehicle was super helpful and got me in and out in no time. Tuffys is very reliable and I will be going back if any other future issues arise.

  Traveled down from Petoskey for a day trip, by the time we arrived in Traverse City the front wheel of my truck became very hot and braking became an issue as well as driving became quite shaky, turns out the rotors and calipers were warped, these guys got me in the shop, repairs done and on my way back north. Great sense of urgency and professionalism.
