- SRS R1 day ago1.0The shop said my repairs would take two weeks and they had my car for two months. After over a month and a half they said the delays were because they realized they need to order a new bumper. You wouldn't need a bodyshop to tell you that if you looked at the car. The front was very obviously smashed by the deer I hit. When they did get the bumper, they put it on incorrectly which is messing with the sensor and multiple assist systems. The Cadillac dealership I'm at to asses the degree of the garbage work just now confirmed the bumper was not put on correctly. Additionally, when I got the car back from Sonny's they had damaged paint on a different area of the vehicle than the original repair. They said it was overspray and I had another bodyshop confirm that it wasn't. I went back to Sonny's and showed them the issue and asked if they could reevaluate. They said it was overspray again and I told them I already know it's not. I told them we can forget the original lie and just move on with an honest repair and they doubled down on the issue being overspray. I included a pic of the issue so everyone can see what they did when they make a decision to do business here.
