  Even though I'm only a summer resident, and my primary (selling) dealer is in Dallas, Serra Volvo has always handled my needs seamlessly and with a high level of courtesy. On my latest visit, Bobby Hundley was particularly helpful as he help me correct an error my Dallas dealer had made in the delivery preparation process--and this was done without any charge.

  Bobby and his colleague Jake were outstanding. I can’t recommend them highly enough for both their technical expertise and exceptional customer service. Bobby and Jake took my call immediately and patiently walked me through troubleshooting steps in an effort to save me a two-hour drive to the dealership. While the issue ultimately required in-person service, they went out of their way to accommodate us with a same-day appointment. Making the drive was absolutely worth it. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did they resolve my main issue, but they also completed the outstanding service and maintenance on the vehicle. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and its service team. Bobby and Jake turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

  Mike is great. He is so knowledgeable about Volvo and even though I had one before he filled me in on a few things I didn’t know. He is very down to earth and was so easy to work with. Serra has been an awesome dealership and they are lucky to have such a great sales consultant like Mike. Thanks
