- JJJ_D_TheSportsG2 days ago1.0Called last week and got a quote on a transmission fluid drain and fill. Went in today to ask if I can get that quote printed out. Asked for the last four of my phone number. After giving it, old man said there's no such number in their logs. Who's the liar, the old man I dealt with today, or the guy I talked to on the phone last week? Did I talk to a ghost? An apparition? 2nd cousin to Harvey the Rabbit? The balls on these schmucks to lie like this. I hate humans.

I had it towed to Empower Automotive in Traverse City, and they said my battery was too deteriorated so they would need to replace that before running their “diagnostics”, and they would have been happy to do that, for $650. To change my battery…let me repeat that, $650 before I could even begin to understand what’s wrong w my car. I called up Randy’s, spoke w Jason. He was fantastic right away. He agreed to look at my car so I had it towed to them. Not only did he fix my car in like record speedy time, my cost OUT THE DOOR, was less than what empower was going to charge me for running “diagnostics”. (Oh and my battery wasn’t junk either) 🤔 Anyways, I can’t recommend Randy’s enough! Oh and this all happened today…Friday afternoon. I’m already back on the road. Thanks Jason and everyone at Randy’s! You guys rock!!!

Manager "John" was exceptional in listening to my concerns as well as making sure all my car concerns were taken care of. Knowledgeable and nice staff including "Ken" who recently made an effort to complete my car service in a timely manner. I highly recommend Randy"s for simply great service!
