- KCKenzie CurtisJun 20, 20261.0Usually go here for my oil changes with no issues. As of the past three times I’ve been here they have done a very poor job! My last top off they said everything looked fine and sent me on my way since then I’ve went there twice because my engine oil light low was on and they still insisted my car was at the perfect level and oil looked good, and that my oil censor must be going bad and needing to be replaced. This morning (Saturday) I took it to j lube because I checked my oil and it was very low to the point I couldn’t even tell where it was at on the dip stick. A quart and a half low!! Mind you the last time I went there was Thursday afternoon! THE NEGLIGENCE COULD HAVE DESTROYED MY ENGINE!!! As a Subaru driver and it being a known thing for Subarus to burn oil this is very disappointing. The old crew that was there in the beginning of the year did 1000x of a job than the current staff. Thank you to performance plus for wasting my time & money and almost destroying my car :)
