  Enterprise trucks has every need covered and reasonable prices. David was fantastic. He was ready for me on pickup, Very professional and courteous. I couldn’t be anymore satisfied. Will definitely be back.

  I have rented dozens of cars through enterprise and have never had the problems I have had renting a truck from enterprise. Two out of the last three times I’ve tried to rent a truck with enterprise in Traverse City Have been a problem. The first time I was told the day of my rental that someone extended their rental and a truck would not be available. Mind you I needed this to get to work. This most recent time I was told the truck I was going to rent had been turned back in with a spare tire and it would take most of the day for it to get fixed, which put me past the time I needed to rent it to get to my job. Which remind you is out of town and is that something I could make up. I felt as though my rentals were not a priority. I called well in advance to set up my rental and yet there was always something last minute that prevented me from being able to rent the truck when I needed it. I have never had this problem, renting a regular vehicle anywhere. I feel as though this truck department is inept and insufficient for those people in need of renting trucks. I can understand if it was a last-minute rental, but David in the truck department was Advance notice, and there was still scheduling problems. If you can avoid renting a truck through enterprise, I would highly advise you to look elsewhere.

  David Repovz made this rental of a nice truck super easy and convenient. In and out truck was great. Ins company wanted to make things difficult however Dave told me the things he needed and it was smooth sailing after that. Thanks bud. This is the place to rent from.
