  We needed to rent a car in Traverse City and drive it one way to Muskegon , Michigan. I called Enterprise and was given a "RESERVATION ". I was told to go to 1789 Garfield Rd. to pick up my vehicle. I got a ride there immediately . The agent informed me that there was no car available for me. I said that I had a "RESERVATION ". She apologized and said there just was no car for me . I asked if there was possibly a car elsewhere. She said that the airport location might have a car. I asked the agent to contact the airport location and inquire about a car for me. She stated that they don't communicate with the airport location I got a ride to the airport and on the way I called Enterprise again . This time a man baned Michael saud he couls fix my problem. He gave me another "RESERVATION " . I Spelled Muskegon twice for him . When i got to the airport I waited 30 minutes in line as the were 10 people ahead of me . When it was my turn the agent informed me thete were NO ONE WAY RENTALS AVAILABLE !!! I replied , " You've got to be kidding me ! " He said he'd adjust his manager since I was promised a car twice ! The manager honored my " RESERVATION " and I happily left in my Nissan Rouge ! Kasey M. deserves a shout out for helping 👏 me get a car and honoring my "RESERVATION " . Also his manager whose name i didn't get.They also waived the one way fee ! Mallory, the Muskegon agent was prompt and courteous as well. However, I now have RESERVATIONS about getting a " RESERVATION " at Enterprise....( also please refer to the Seinfeld episode on reservations ) lol 😆!

  Friendly counter help, but I waited for an hour to pick up my vehicle, even after "pre-checking in" prior to arriving. There were easily 2-3 hours-worth of people in line behind me (who I felt very sorry for). Enterprise was the only rental car company brand in the TVC Airport with lines like that. I am a decade-long Enterprise member - and love this employee-owned company, but they really need to get the TVC location logistics figure out.

  I was at the TVC airport several times during our stay. Each time, I noted that the line at the combined counter of Enterprise/National/Alamo was extremely long. We waited nearly 1.5 hours to get to the counter. Meanwhile we noted that Dollar and Hertz had short or no lines. They claimed they were short-staffed, but yet every counter window was open, so I’m not sure that’s the reason. It could be because it’s a combined counter of Enterprise entities with customers reserving cars from 3 perceived agencies that are actually 1 counter, so you have 3x the customers? That’s my theory anyway. When we finally did interact with the reps, they were kind and helpful. It was just the ridiculously long wait after travelling for hours that will make me go elsewhere next time.

  I reserved the car for 4 days, 1 hr 30 minutes total and was scheduled to return it at 3:30 PM. I returned my car on time and handed the keys back to the agent at the desk. The agent asked if I was ok with an email receipt and I said yes. I then got an email from enterprise hours later that showed I returned it at 5:47 PM and I was charged extra due to this. I immediately called Enterprise about this and they said they would have someone follow up with me. My flight was delayed at this point so I actually walked back out past security to go and talk to the enterprise agent directly - she apologized and informed me that the manager was out but would follow back up the next day. No one has called me and it has been a week. I have tried calling this TVC airport location directly and the call does not connect. I have called again into Enterprise service and was told the same thing that someone would follow up but no one has. This is very unprofessional and I will not be renting from Enterprise again. If you rent here, I advise you to ask for a paper receipt to ensure that they log your arrival correctly and timely.

  I was charged twice for my car rental. I have called numerous times and emailed the branch manager. I called corporate who assured me the branch would refund me and that has been two weeks and no refund and everytime I call I get transferred again. I would not reccomend the airport location.
