I apologize that I don’t remember everyone’s names at the front desk, but every person I’ve dealt with there deserves recognition. They’ve consistently been quick, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. What I appreciate most is that they genuinely seem to look out for their customers and have always helped me find the best rates and options available, rather than just trying to get me into the most expensive rental. Maddy especially deserves a shoutout, but the whole team and management have created a level of customer service that keeps me coming back. Every experience I’ve had with this location has been smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend the Enterprise team on S. Garfield Rd in Traverse City. Thank you all for always taking care of me!

Then, when one of our friends realized at the airport that they left their headphones in the car, a staff member came BACK to drop them off free of charge. Saved the end of our trip and I'd give them six stars if I could. Thank you.
