  It was my first time renting a vehicle, and I had been worried for weeks about it. There was a very special event in Detroit and this was the only way we would be able to get down there. I freaked myself out by reading the reviews. I was also really worried because I had to use a debit card and there was mixed info online about whether or not that was ok. But- it was fine. I was able to use the debit card. They just hold a deposit ($300) until the vehicle is returned. And the money was immediately back in my account. They are closed on Sundays, so I actually had to buy an extra day that I didn't need, but I was just grateful to be able to get a vehicle. The guy who was working was SO nice.( It was on Saturday morning 10.10.26, I don't remember his name). I didn't even know people working service jobs were still that nice. Covid broke the spirits of so many people who had to work with the public. It's rare to find someone so kind and helpful and not just neutral or broken. I got the "we pick" option because I didn't really mind what vehicle I got. I was NOT expecting what I did get. It was really cool. I mean, I'm not used to new, futuristic vehicles anyway- so I would be impressed no matter what- but I got a 2026 Volkswagen Taos. ( I had fun reading the manual cuz I like that stuff). It was really nice and had barely any miles on it. I can't express how awesome it felt to drive something that isn't a super old car that overheats and leaks fluids and is almost 25 years old. We picked up the vehicle right when they opened at 9. I didn't see many other vehicles. But- bringing it back Monday morning... There were a lot of vehicles in the lot and they all looked really nice. Maybe that's just normal and I didn't know. Another nice thing about picking up the car was finalizing the paperwork, he didn't try to talk me into adding on any extras. He just asked and when I said no, he said ok. He was just honest and real, and that made it a really good first experience. I really wish I could remember his name. He had dark, short hair and maybe his name started with T, but I could be wrong. I just hope he gets some recognition because he deserves it. I'm not kidding when I say it's rare to come across someone behind the counter like that.

  Enterprise is a wonderful service ... I could drop my rental where my car was being serviced. Which saved me time and worry. The branch answers your calls, provides immediate adjustments and is very fair. The car was immaculate. And I love the variety of vehicles.

  Trevor was very accommodating by picking me up , answering my questions and getting me a decent loaner car.

  They are a bunch of lying buttholes. They say that they have cars available so I waste money to go down there and get one and now they trying to tell me that there's nothing available. They are lying and they need to fix there app
